“I had occasion to contact VAX customer services regarding a split hose on Vax Spotwash which was purchased in Feb. 2024. I was dealt with by Paul who demonstrated what excellent customer service is all about. He was polite and listened to my problem. He clearly understood and without any fuss explained what could and would be done to remedy the fault. He left me with a reference number 07741184 and ensured I was satisfied. Very well done, a credit to VAX.”

“I called Vax customer support after my well used but normally reliable, carpet cleaner developed a leak. I called the Vax support line and got straight through to a human being - the excellent Maureen. I was pleased to learn the machine had a six year warranty and the agent arranged for it to be picked up from my home and taken to be repaired. Within a week it was returned to me in full working order. I’m extremely impressed with the service I received and the length of the warranty. Vax must have a great deal of faith in the quality of their products to provide this support. I am extremely happy with the service from this company, thank you very much.”

“My carpet shampooer broke down on Tuesday, it was sent off to vax and was returned to me on Thursday, 2 days later, repaired .Best customer service ihave experienced for a long time!”

“I'm shocked to see so many negative reviews on here, Vax has been far and away the best customer service I have ever experiences across the 2 products that I have owned. I will never buy elsewhere if I can avoid it. For reference, I own a vax standup vaccum and the spot wash duo pro.”

“The battery on our vacuum would not charge so i contacted customer service. Within 10 minutes the problem was sorted and a new one dispatched. Excellent service.”

“Bought vax blade 4 last year,over £200 now both batteries will not recharge.Tried to contact customer service but the automatic voice just disconnects you.So to replace the batteries is well over £100 & then you can look forward to finding another £100+ next year!The TV ads don't tell you this.WHAT A CON.DON'T BUY ONE.”

“I bought a Vax from Curry’s in July 2015 with a six-year warranty. My wife uses this machine at least once a day, sometimes up to six times as I am apparently a bit messy, we have a messy dog and a 2-year-old messy child! The flexible tubing broke about a year ago. I contacted Vax and expected a battle but they did not argue and sent a new base two days later. Last week, the wheels on the base stopped moving freely. Again, I contacted Vax asking for a solution and another base arrived three days later. I received a call from a representative of Vax confirming the new part was on its way. No arguing. No slippery wriggling. Just an instant replacement. I have another vacuum that is used and abused but not to the extent of this Vax machine. It is lightweight and the battery lasts enough to do the whole house twice. The Vax is an excellent product but the customer service is excellent. Lots of other businesses cold learn from Vax what customer service is all about!”

“I recently purchased a Vax Platignum carpet washer. My hall carpets were really dirty(recent building works and a nervous dog) We'll I am astounded! My carpets look like new with one wash. The machine is easy to use, quite light to push and pull and the cleaning liquid goes a long way. I have also cleaned a Rug and its like new. I would recommend d the Cleaner. Buy direct and get the steamer free. Good value. I'm really happy.”
