Initially I ordered a couple of seat covers and paid for them, only to hear that they were on their way to me and another email telling me that they were out of stock so what was on the way I don't know. I contacted the office and eventually ordered a different pair of seat covers which cost more and when they eventually arrived they did not have the securing clips in the package. When I re contacted the office they wanted me to take and send photos of my delivery which made me think they do not believe me when all along it was their failure to make sure that the package was complete. I am not happy with this company after being let down by my order and totally frustrated by the response that they would not take my word for it when saying that the clips were missing. Unfortunately with your seat cover order, when you placed this with us the seat covers were showing in stock, however when your order was being picked we discovered they were not available as our stock level was slightly out. I ordered T6 spoiler splitter in gloss black. When it was delivered it was obvious that the item was damaged. I was not in to receive the item, other wise I would have rejected it straight away. I sent an email with photos showing some of the damage through the packaging. It looked as if the item had been thrown hard across a concrete floor...damaging the plastic covering and badly gouging the plastic finish. I assume whilst in the care of their courier. After a couple of emails too and fro, we agreed that a replacement would be sent out asap via their own transport van. A date was set for over a week later (Thursday). I booked a day off work to ensure I would be in. On the day before I received another email saying that they had issues with 2 vans and the delivery would be Friday instead. I explained that I had had to book a day off work and I was not happy with the plans changing at the last minute but I would try to swap my holiday. My manager refused, so I had no option but to ask that they provide a full refund and collect the item that I would leave in a safe place for collection. Not once did they offer any form of compensation. I am very disappointed by the courier they use and the service they provided. I'm still waiting on the full refund. It would be good to hear back after they have received the returned splitter and to say that they also find the damage unacceptable, but I somehow doubt it! In my eyes, the item is not packaged sufficiently. If it had been wrapped in cardboard then perhaps the damage would not have happened...I'm assuming that the damage occurred after leaving their warehouse?

Telephone Support Outstanding!!! Delivery fantastic! However I didn't receive great service from Austin. I ordered a front bumper spoiler kit and painter for my t5.1. The item was on backorder but Austin would not give me and ETA for the parts despite asking him a number of times. I'm a parts manager for Europe's largest Hyundai dealer and trust me I am very familiar to the phase BACKORDER, But if a customer calls me and wants an ETA date on a part and I have no answer i will then contact the supplier of those parts to obtain and ETA for customer! Austin kept basically saying "it gets here when it gets here" or "like I said I will update you WHEN it arrives" Thats not what I asked for, Austin needs to brush up a tiny bit on his customer Care. Apart from that all is ok and I will currently carry on doing business with you, specially as I have just got 3 more of my family members into vw campers who are now ordering from you. Thanks

This is nothing against the products that the company provides but the communication is quite poor. Over the black Friday weekend I was left in the dark with where my parcel was and if it has been dispatched from them. It wasn't till I had to get in contact with them for me to find out it was being held at my local sorting office!

I’ve used vee dub for various items over the years. More recently I bought a T6 sportline spoiler and splitter. Which at this time still hasn’t been abled to be fitted by my mechanic because of missing parts. I’ve had two failed mechanics visits and I do feel your customer service team don’t know there products aswell as they should. I’ve had various answers from your team saying that I’m missing 12 small screws and then sending out the wrong fixing kit. Then when I ring again saying there is no such thing and all is in the bag. Then after another mechanic booking and a call from my mechanic to be told it is 12 screws we are missing. Iam now waiting for these to finally get the item fitted. If it is wrong this time I will be asking for a full refund and collection of the goods. It’s been a bit disappointing on this occasion. Regards darren

Hi there I bought 4 side repeater decals from u guys and didn’t work very well I phoned up and spoke 2 jack at customer service twice and he said he would get back 2 me about what u guys could do I wasn’t asking 4 a free replacement maybe u could given me 10% off and would have ordered them again of u guys !!!

Quick to take money but when seat covers arrived missing hooks and since then I have tried to ask why and had no response. Customer service is really bad

I purchased a new vw front badge for my T6 after it had been stolen. I decided I would go for gloss black with a tartan gti blue backing to match interior seat design. I have had wrong item delivered awaiting the right one now.

I purchased a high level brake light for my T5. Happy with the service from Vee Dub Transporters and the quick response from customer service when I contacted them with a quality issue. The tabs on sprung plastic inserts failed when fitting to the tail gate. Difficult to get the screws back out to take the unit off. OEM looks like Nylon whereas this after market looks like abs. Nylon would be easier to screw into. Offered a replacement but carried out my own modification to solve the problem. I would recommend supporting the spring plastic component and cutting a thread with the self tapping screws before fitting to the tailgate.

Unfortunately RoyalMail are currently experiencing some delays with shipments, they are also experiencing issues with their system that relays the tracking information. The part I received was the correct one for the front of my van ,however it will not click into place correctly ,so I will probably have to stick the part with plastic adhesive so that it stays in place and doesn’t come out ,please advise

Hi Ian, The T5.1 OEM Style Front Spoiler inserts can be quite tricky to fit whilst the spoiler is fitted to the vehicle due to the curve of the spoiler and the lack of access to help the clips from the rear. If you are having some struggle with this we would recommend warming the clips on the insert and the spoiler up ever so slightly to help with fitment. Item ordered then got a phone call to say out of stock. I pressed the button for a free promotional baseball cap. My item arrived yesterday without the cap , when I rang up they said I had not pressed the button and therefore could not honour the offer. I think you could have honoured this as a regular customer. Item itself was as described.

The roof rails I recieved were not pre drilled at the end, when I did drill them the casting fell apart and I had to bodge a way to make them fit. In reality I should have returned then but I wanted to suprise my wife with the improvement. There were no instructions with the Wing Bars but I finally worked out how to fit them. I am happy to use VeeDubs again but I would expect much better quality products

Unfortunately we do not offer fitting instruction for the wing bars due to it being down to personal preference of where they are fixed onto, so there is no right or wrong way to place them :).
