“No issues with the delivery time but the part I received was faulty and when I phoned to discuss returning the part I was told I had to fill in the correspondance that would be forwarded to me in the post. 3 working days later I have received nothing and my car still doesnt run. Why couldnt the person I spoke to on the phone take the details and allow me to return the part in the envelope I received it in last week? I did ask but was told that wasnt possible? It doesnt fill me with confidence.”

“Very good, quick delivery and well packaged. Items almost as expected. Only flaw (and a minor one) one of the two gearbox mount was gloss finished, the other matt. Being a fussy beggar I had to refinish both to have them looking just right.”

“Ordered parts Sunday night. Had confirmation of the order and payment 08:35 Monday morning with a note that I would receive an email when the goods are despatched. Wed morning still waiting for email so sent email to sales for confirmation of despatch. Thursday midday - still waiting for a response so sent email cancelling order. Ordered parts from another supplier at 13:00 - despatched by 16:00. Speaks for itself.”

“Emailing about a faulty part was ok yesterday but the replies dried up when it seems that the part is faulty not very happy with service so far! Eventually got a reply and number to ring, told needed to take part back but required an authorisation letter from them to do so, this has not been forthcoming I have waited well over a week so VeeWee are not a reliable part of GSF VERY DISAPPOINTED!”

“Am mightily impressed with service..items well packed, delivered free within 48 hour timespan..quality of product has still to be checked out as this was a birthday gift to my son who is just started to restore a 1970 vw beetle.. I am sure he will be visiting this site as his project proceeds..thank you for first class communication as well...all in all an excellent experience.”

“Tried to phone about 10 times over 3 days during office hours but never got an answer, emailed a question regarding a part and explained I could not find it on their website, got a reply by the end of the day directing me to their website, with no links to parts etc. Just found their customer service very bad compared to other suppliers.”
