“Everything went really well and was super easy to use! However, I was a little disappointed that on the website it shows you will receive a secure tag that gets locked on your luggage so that you know no one has tampered with it and that did not happen. Also, this would then use as your pick up information. Our items were not tagged, so anyone could have picked them up.”

“Cheap and helpful. Actual facilities not great. Man didn’t ask for any form of identification on pick up and actually tried to give me someone else’s bag. No bag tags or anything of the sort was used. Also about a twenty minute walk from the station”

“Vertoe and its services got us out of a bad situation where we could not figure out what to do with our bags while walking in Manhattan. Downloaded and used it within a few minutes and found good nearby place to use. Had no issues even when going past the checkout time a little bit. The only reason I’m giving it 5 starts is the app: it was hard to figure out sometimes, won’t show the names of the stores until you make a reservation and even seeing the info on the reservation was cumbersome. Not a deal breaker but a possible improvement. Recommended!”

“Bob's Grocery Store just off North Washington Street was an excellent and safe please for us to leave our luggage and the staff in the shop were super friendly”

“It worked out very well for us we needed a place to hold our luggage for several hours on our last day. It was very clean and in a great area we got a bite to eat at the cafe next to the cleaner before going to enjoying the rest of our day.”

“It worked well for me. I used the East Boston location near the Maverick T station. I dropped my bags for several days while I visited the area by public transport. It's a short walk to the station and a short ride to the airport. They were very nice and it seemed secure enough.”

“All was good, I left my luggage there for 3 days, and it was în the same place I left it. The only thing that seems weird to me îs that they are giving luggages back based on a photo, or just by telling them which one is yours. I would ask for an ID if I was in their place”

“Very convenient! Worked well. Store emloyees were very nice. Just wish our bags were kept behind a counter or in a seperate room.... not as close to the front door as they were. Would use them again though.”
