“The employees seemed a bit uninterested, which made me feel a bit uneasy about leaving my bag. Once they directed me to where to leave it, I saw several other bags and it gave me a bit of relief.”

“The service was easy to arrange online. The store was simple to locate. It helped that there was a photo of the storefront. Pretty straight forward. I didn’t like that the bags were just behind an open counter. The store was busy with bike renters and this situation could have been more secure with bags placed in the back or otherwise out of sight.”

“We used vertoe service in Atlanta (near the Fox Theatre) and it saved our day! We had just a few hours free and going around without our luggages with us for a blessing. The woman who took our bags was nice and friendly and everything went well!”

“Host were very nice and we felt comfortable leaving our bags. The location is not marked. It was a shoe store so it made it very difficult to find. Otherwise great experience!!”

“You provide a great service. I noticed on your website it said "starting at $5.95" so it wasn't clear if it would be $5.95 - or maybe bigger bags or more, or maybe locations closer to where I want to be are more. It'd be clearer if you specified before making a reservation. I appreciate the insurance and the lock. Knowing this I put my laptop and Beats headphones in my luggage. When I dropped it off at the location, the proprietor put the tag on the handle, not through the zippers which would have "locked" the bag shut. When i asked why he didn't put in through the zippers of my suitcase he said, "don't worry, we don't open the suitcases". Hmmm... When I returned, all was fine and nothing was missing. When I tried to remove the vertoe tag, he hadn't even fastened it (by pushing it through further). So I was able to easily remove it. This is going to be a problem for both you and the proprietor when something goes missing. Please fix this.”

“Everything was fine, the store employee were polite and accomodating, however, the application says that they need to give me a tag where I will take a photo, and this will act as an insurance. When I asked the employees for that, they said they don't know what i am talking about. So, I just left the suitcase and left. Nothing happenned luckily, but this miscommunication stressed me a bit, thus the 4 stars.”

“Everything was good..place was close to airport...I was a bit concerned where my luggage was stored at when I arrived to pick up my luggage and saw that they where stored under a table where people were washing there clothes and thought it was not secured enough to be in public view...but the convenience was great...thank you”

“The drop off location was a convenience store. The luggage was placed out of the way in the back, but was not in a separate /secure room. It was placed behind a corner from the main store front. The store clerks were courteous and professional. Overall, I would probably use the service again but I would either have my valuables locked in my luggage, or take them out of the luggage and keep them on my person.”

“Excellent, easy-to-use system. I appreciate the small details that make the experience stress-free, like how it’s not a big deal if you’re early or late to drop off/pick up your bags (just check the location’s opening hours!). The manager of our location didn’t give us zip ties and wasn’t the friendliest, which was a shame, but thankfully nothing seems to have gone wrong.”

“Easy to use. Paid and found a storage location close by in less than five minutes. Dropping our bags off off took two minutes and picking up the same. Great convenience!”
