“While the store I dropped my luggage off at seemed a bit sketchy and disorganized, the guys working there took great care of my bags which freed me up to explore the city unincumbered with extra baggage on my last day in town.”

“It was an easy drop/pick up experience, however, was a bit uncomfortable that the location didn't follow the rules that I was sent regarding putting on a tamper proof seal and showing ID. There was a different person there when we went to pick up than when we dropped off but still didnt ask for ID, which as unnerving as they could have potentially given our bags away to anyone. Overall think the service is an amazing idea but I would push your vendors to follow the guidelines provided to customers so they feel secure. Thanks!”

“Got the email with the rules a little late so didn’t know to take a pic of the zip-tag, but other than that a pleasant experience! Was happy to roam the city without lugging my suitcase around! Didn’t use delivery, just dropped off and picked up myself.”

“Service went very smoothly. Though the ziptie lock procedure for left luggage was not followed at the location, it seemed clean, secure and reliable with luggage stored out of sight in a back room of the store and the staff asked for my confirmation number before returning the luggage. Everything was present and correct when I collected it.”

“Quick and uncomplicated. Did not get a "tamper proof seal" or similar though - which was no issue at all, yet left me a little bit uncertain regarding insurance policy.”

“Super convenient, and the shop owner was very very friendly. Seems to have somewhat limited coverage at the moment, and the guy didn't exactly follow the procedure it sounded like they were meant to, but my stuff felt safe and it was all there when I came back, can't ask for much more!”

“The booking and selection choices were good, the accuracy of the locations is also good. The shoe shop where we placed our luggage was ok, but they just put our bags in the shop by the door so we wernt't 100% confident about their security, allthough it was obvious they had not been moved or touched until we came back. They didn't expect us to take photos of the tags as per the advice which also perturbed us. Can't complain though, all was well”

“Easy, convenient , affordable, the only issue we had was that when we arrived the location was closed and no sign or anything was placed on the door, we waited maybe 10 mins. outside not knowing what to do.”

“Setting up the reservation and drop-off/pick-up was very easy. The drop-off location was sort of sketchy in that they placed our luggage on top of luggage that was for sale in their shop. I would have felt better had it been separated from their regular merchandise.”
