“They refused to use the luggage tag as a lock on the bag. Which was unsettling since that’s what Vertoe says it’s for”

“Everything tan smooth and simple with my storage; the only point to be stressed was that the location was not as close to Union Station as I intended - but maybe this was on me.”

“Great service! Better than competitors in that is masks the bag hosts before payment (basically protecting them from being targeted for theft). That said, the bags were not really secure in the location and another set that I saw were easily visible and could have been stolen without any notice. But the insurance was a small comfort.”

“We used the Vertoe location in NYC on 8th ave near Penn Station. The place was easy to find, however the guy was NOT friendly in the least. He hurried us and made us a bit uncomfortable with leaving our bags there. We did anyway and pick them up hours later with no issue. Would use again, but customer service at the location needs to be improved.”

“The online booking service was easy to follow and the place I used to store my suitcase for 2.5 hours was close to Grand Central station in Manhatten. The only question I have regards pricing. The site promotes the price of 5.95$ and yet in my bank account I was debited 7.33 euros (which would be roughly 9$). Did I miss the paragraph about a first time joining fee? Maybe make that part clearer on your site, thanks.”

“Una vez realizada la reserva nos llegó el correo de confirmación con la dirección exacta. La atención fue amable, los horarios de retiro de las maletas no coinciden con el horario de operación del local y fueron muy enfáticos en que se debía respetar la hora de la reserva a pesar que el sistema indicaba que era referencial.”

“When we got to our drop off location, we had to wait for 30 minutes. The hours listed were wrong. The person who took our luggage had no idea what to do. Fortunately the phone number listed answered right away and instructed the sales person on what to do. Check the store's hours before you go there!”
