“Great service and all was good, but... I wish there was some official signage and a bag check at the drop off site. You don't get the address of where to go until you pay. Our drop off was a hair salon where we simply put our bags behind a counter. I took pics just in case. I'll use the service again but recommend stepping up the chain of custody.”

“As a service it was wonderfully useful at a very reasonable price- the process was very transparent and although the locations could have been a little closer to transport terminals as would be useful for luggage, I couldn't have asked for much more”

“Good service - I wanted to cancel as the location was only revealed after purchase and it was not as close as I would have liked. The support team were great and re-arranged and sent over directions for the new location that was close (8 min walk) to the South station. I would recommend getting a cab (lyft/uber) to the place instead of walking as this was one of my regrets. The whole baggage process was good too - it was in the middle of China town and in a random shop but the guy at the shop was really nice and professional and helped me figure out where to go during that transit time in Boston. I think it would be better to be able to see all available locations when booking and have the option to select the preferred location.”

“I'll admit I thought this service was sketchy when we dropped off our bags, as their was no signage and the guys at the chinese restaurant acted like they didn't know what was going on (ha), but once we got that ironed out, it worked like a charm. Good service.”

“The process was super easy but the place that stored my luggage for me didn’t follow the procedures that were laid out on the Vertoe website (tags, pictures etc). Regardless, they were kind and looked after my belongings just fine.”

“My storage place was very helpful and they took good care of my bags. However, the initial website booking was misleading, it told me a place was free 400 yards from my location but when I paid and confirmed, the location was 15 minutes walk away. This was disappointing.”

“The service was excellent. The guys running the gift shop were efficient and personable. The day before I used a luggage service that charged me $10/bag and would not honor its website claiming they would meet any price of a bag service. I was a little skeptical of your service, but will use it again in the future. The only complaint that I have is that I wish both of my bags were put in the back of the shop. I believe the guys running the shop kept a close eye on what was leaving the shop, but one never knows what might happen. Other than this, it was a great experience.”

“Vertoe is a great service. We left our luggage in Times Square at a souvenir shop. Although very convenient, the store owners try to sell you their wares. $8.32 for ONE shot glass. Be careful.”

“Easy to use service at a reasonable price. Would love for a larger number of partners in Boston - had to go a big out of my way to drop off my luggage. Travelers rely heavily on mobile services and best experience is when this can occur within a dedicated app and integrate with that platform’s payment system. Would really love an iOS app that integrates with Apple Pay.”

“Ill give them 4 stars just because when I arrived to the establishment to leave my baggage the lady did not have the security items that she was supposed to gave me or at least that was on the email, súper close to the cloud gate and downtown, good.”

“It was really great to find out such a service exists because I often arrive at a new city hours before I can check in to my accommodations, so in the past I'd have to lug my bags around everywhere. One major concern for the location I used was they did not check my ID or ask for my booking number when I went back to get my bags--I could have been anyone taking that luggage. I also found it disturbing that my bags were just left out on the floor of this sketchy convenience store and not at all secured or even out of site of their customers.”
