“Definitely an easy and inexpensive way to store your luggage when you don't want to lug it around for the day. It was my first time using verto. I was surprised that within the restaurant, my luggage was just stored in a corner and could be seen by anybody who walked in. The owner assured me that it would be safe and it was but it was still a little uneasy when I left it for the first time. I would definitely use again!”

“Vertoe is a great service for those laden down with heavy baggage and don't want to carry them around all day. The purchase of tickets and the check-in process was easy. The staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that the store closed so early, so from 5-9 pm I had to drag my luggage around until I went to the airport. If they had an all night locker system where I could pull my baggage out at whatever hour, I definitely would have given 5 stars”

“I left my bag at a Vertoe shop in London and booked for it to be picked up the next day, on that same evening I was contacted to say the shop would be shut and I wouldn’t be able to pickup my bag and I had to pick it up then, which I could not as I had already left London for the day, and my booking clearly stated the date and time I was meant to pick it up. Instead I had to pay a significant amount to pay for extra travel to pick it up from a different location, and when I requested a refund I was shocked at the audacity to only be issued 50% back of what I paid, as this is not the service I would have expected to pay any amount of money for.”

“This was my first time using Vertoe and I was very nervous. It went extremely well. They showed us where to leave our bags after the verification process and it was easy to access with very wide aisles. They had us take photos of our bags before leaving them. We did have to wait a few minutes when we picked the bags up, but that's because it's a store and they were helping a customer. That's to be expected. I can't wait to use Vertoe again and I wish I had looked for such a service before. It makes traveling much easier, especially after checking out of the hotel.”
