“the venue where I left the luggage was perfect (Beacon hill). Well located and very friendly staff. I felt very safe leaving my luggage with them for the day. I would highly recommend this particular location. My only issue with the whole process was the app itself, as I had initially booked a different location, but when I saw where it actually was and the reviews I wanted to cancel that particular booking. Unfortunately I did not EVER receive confirmation for this booking, thus no proof of a booking number, despite the money been taken from my account. I thus had to pay twice for the storage of my luggage..... :-(”

“Great service but wish that there were more locations that had longer/later hours, especially on a Sunday. Had to walk 15 minutes each way from the subway stop to drop off and pick up my bag which was a lot when you're lugging suitcases around NYC”

“Most people who review vertoe question leaving their luggage in a convenience store. It seems odd. The one I left mine in was a hole-in-the-wall one in Boston. But they followed the procedure: tag and photo. When I came for them, they brought them up from the back of the store. No one in the reviews seemed to have any problems with lost or stolen property. Kinda weird but seemed to work just fine.”

“My wife and I just needed somewhere to store our suitcases for a few hours while we checked out a couple museums. Vertoe was perfect! We were able to drop our bags at a store close by and retrieved them when ready to head to the airport.”

“We had our luggage stored in one of the gift shops near Penn Station. The drop off and pick up were ok, I wish there was a system though for making sure people pick up their own bags. Currently its fully trust based.”
