“Unfortunately I had booking and payment proof on phone but employee said it wasnt on system had to wait 40 minutes only when other employee arrived was able to sort it on system.”

I'm sorry for your experience. Our model is that the luggage is stored in store's extra storage space. We do provide a tamper proof seal to secure luggage, as well as a $5,000 insurance guarantee.

“I just arrived from abroad and use this Vertoe suggested by Sonder. I rented and paid for three luggage at 140 Centre, NY in Chinatown while I was at the airport. It claimed that the hours are at 7 - 5 pm everyday. However, I found that it has been shut down and no sign of openning that day. The store was dark and locked. We tried to call the number provided at the front door, but no one pick it up. This was a bad experience for me, so please refund my money since I never had this service delivered as promised.”

“Vertoe was fabulous but the vendor or the convenient store listed wasn't nice. Vertoe was easy to book for luggage store. They were clear on giving us distance(from the venue we were supposed to be) and price. They were very responsive to email if we need to correspond. Vertoe customer service was nice too when I complained about the pricing difference that the store caused. Emily was very prompt in responding to my quires and also very fast in refunding when store was dishonest. This particular store was in NYC near Penn Station - Deepchhaya Convenience Store Address 334 West 37th Street, NY, New York 10018, United States. I think the business they did was bit of a dishonest. But Vertoe was very quick to act on it. I am very impressed with Vertoe and Emily. I think I will go with them next time but to different store!”

“What a great service! Made trekking from place to place easy and Roland's Market & Deli couldn't have been nicer, more efficient, not to mention ultra convenient. Oh...there are a bunch of GREAT restaurants in the immediate vicinity and just what the doctor ordered for two hungry ladies! Much appreciated!”
