“Convenient locations and seemed to be good number of choices. I understand the impulse to upsell but it is really not why we use the service. Remember to use mobile phone to document luggage tags.”

“Vertoe worked well for us though the cashier at the store where our luggage was stored complained that they had not been notified by Vertoe of our booking and that this had happened before. Nevertheless, our bags were stored and we were satisfied with the service.”

“The concept of Vertoe is good. The execution could be improved. I didn't know where I would be storing my bag until I had actually booked. It ended up being a convenience store. The store manager had me ziptie my bag, and she put it in a locked back room. It was a pretty good transaction overall.”

“Good position just opposite Penn Station. Quick pickup of the bags. Although we did take photos of the luggage labels they did not ask for original booking details or any ID.”

“I was under the impression that it would be an individual locked space for my bags. It was A closet under a staircase of a hotel. However the closet had a lock and the staff was very helpful. It’s worth the money, would recommend it.”

“The service is very useful. The location perfect for us. However the customer service is so-so and the storage of the luggage is not very secure. That being said, we would use the service again bec it is so convenient.”

“Bag drop of location and cafe staff owners were delightful and very helpful. Only downside was the location was originally promoted as being 2 blocks closer than it actually was - this meant we had to carry bags with kids further than we anticipated- Vertoe you need to fix this as it’s misleading”

“The luggage store was really close to the Pen station, it was easy to find the place and leave our luggages there. When we get there in the next day it was a bit hard to find our luggages because they stored a lot but finally we got it back as we gave in.”

“Still some kinks to iron out, but I would use the service again. Arrived at location 5 minutes after reservation time to find it wasn't yet open. Had to bang on the door awhile to get someone to let me in, and he knew nothing about luggage storage but directed me to someone else, who was courteous and helpful. Luggage return was simple.”

“What a wonderful yet odd concept. This service perfectly met a need of mine and was very easy. I wish there was something that would make the process seem less strange - the numbered security tags help. Maybe like Lyft does with the photo confirmation and the contact name of the person etc. But I used the service regardless and was very pleased.”
