There wasn't any locked storage on site and the attendant did not have any tags for our bags. However, the staff at this facility was very kind and took great care of our belongings

Vertoe themselves were great but the location for bag drop pff was not. We booked and paid for it in advance, when we turned up the guy tried to tell us no sorry we’re closed for bag storage today! He tried to turn us away, I had to argue with him that we had already booked and paid. Eventually he admitted he has received the booking on his system and took our bags. This left us worried to have them in his care.

I found the use of app to be very easy and convenient. The pricing is good as well. My only issue is with the particular location we dropped our luggage off at. Our bags were just tucked into the corner with zero security and no tagging system. I didnt feel particularly comfortable leaving my belongings there.

Booking and check-in were quick and easy. I would feel better if check-out was more secure. There was no verification of identity when retrieving our luggage. Seemingly anybody could pick up our luggage without proof of identity or ownership.

It saved us dragging our luggage around Rome! The location we found was ok but difficult to get the luggage to. People serving us were polite.

Vertoe was very convenient for storing my bags the morning I arrived in Montréal, as I could not check into my hotel until late afternoon. I was displeased with the security of the storage room in my particular hotel. I was assigned a square tile in a room to put my bags, and there were no lockers, zip ties, or locks of any kind. I was pretty nervous, although it ended up being fine. I just wish it was a little more secure so I could have the peace of mind while walking around.

Hello Laurent, Sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. We checked the history of your booking and you booked twice under 2 diffent locations. The first location you booked is under Allo Velo Cafe located at 141 Rue du Shannon, Montreal, QC, Canada which you have cancelled same day at 01:06 PM. The other booking you made was for Parc Suites Hotel located at 3463 Avenue du Parc, Montreal, QC, Canada which you requested to cancel via email. We were able to respond to you about the guidelines on our Vertoe Cancellation and made it clear that the second request was not eligible for booking. The amount on the 1st cancellation you made will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days. If it has not yet been credited within that timeframe, please email us immediately at support@vertoe.com. If you have any concerns moving forward, please don't hesitate to email us directly. I used Vertoe for the first time in Nashville. I used the location by Centennial Park. When I received my confirmation email, it stated that I would receive a tamper proof seal for my suitcase. At this Vertoe location, they did not provide the tamper proof seal. When asked, they stated “oh we don’t have anymore of those.” It made me feel very uneasy about leaving my suitcase there but I decided to. Picking up my suitcase was no problem. I just wanted to give feedback that all locations should make the tamper proof seal a standard.

Wish I could have gotten a locker closer to where I needed my luggage. I left my bags at a liquor store and then walked to my destination. My legs hurt the rest of my vacation.

The idea of Vertoe is excellent and very convenient and for that I'm very satisfied with the service of the company. However, it would be nice to see pictures of the locations because the one I chose was very inconvenient. I had to squeeze through a very tiny store, go down a flight of stairs that were blocked with all types of trash and store products, then squeeze through the hallway, and place my luggage in a dirty storage facility of the convenient store. I did all this while carrying my 50 lb luggage over my head because the store owners layed out all their unused products everywhere and were extremely disorganized. A picture of the place would have motivated me to choose another location that would be easier for me to get around with. Safety hazard indeed.
