Victim of fraud and identity theft. Very clear on the records they have who it is. Still holding me accountable because "it's in my name". Had never dealt with the poorly run company till I received a letter asking for £660. Give them my action fraud reference number, police crime reference number and Experian to investigate. Shambles of a company, will celebrate wildly when they go out of business. Shop direct finance.. no theft direct finance would be a more suitable name

Bought a fridge freezer buy on buy now pay later - been making regular payments but forgot the last one by a day. Phoned up & customer services said if you pay in full now on-line in full - they’ll transfer to their specialist department to take off the £400+ interest ( for a £1,200 fridge freezer)!! I did. ( so payment only 11hrs late). Told the transfer call would take a few minutes -then told it’s taking longer than usual I’ll call you back in 10 mins - no call - complaints lady -very rude & aggressive & very unprofessional -saying it’s the individual customer services persons training issue & Interest will not be removed. Will never shop there again. Beware!!!

Zero stars. I've never felt so compelled to leave a review after what happened today. Such bad customer service, wasted my time and rude, just so rude. Never coming back, will never recommend

Don’t buy from very.co.uk. Avoid at all cost. They’re thieves. We ordered an iPhone from very last year. Missed the payment deadline by a few days. They charged us £365 on a phone which we bought it for £640. After leaving a feedback on trustpilot, I’ve been contacted by them saying if you contact our customer service, will get your problem sorted. After spending almost 6 to 7 hours on the phone and on their online chat service, they’ve said they can’t do anything. They wasted my money and my TIME. They knew they wouldn’t cancel the charge, but they just replied to my feedback on trustpilot, trying to show to other potential customers, that they’re responsive. They’re LIERS. THE WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have the transcript of my chat with their agent, in case anyone has the time and willingness to read it. Just get in touch!

I ordered my fridge from Very almost 2weeks ago, given a delivery date and I also called them to confirm and it never came, so furious of them!!!!

PAY A LITTLE EXTRA ELSEWHERE! Bought a Samsung soundbar with sub worth around £300. The sound quality wasnt great for the money I paid so I packed the contents back in the box the same way it was shipped out to me. I requested a return the very next day but they refused to arrange returns because on the product page, it says that this item is non-returnable! Surely if you're doing business in the UK, then by law, you have to accept returns within the first 28 days of purchase. I will be reporting them to the Trading Standards as a result of this and I will be closing my credit account as well! I've been a very.co.uk customer for years! But not anymore moving forward!

Unscrupulous company tell lies to get you to order then speak to you like dirt when you try to complain. Do not trust them at all I can't believe how awful the customer service is cheeky and threating.

They send me wrong item and customer service is the worst they cannot speak English probably plus middle of conversation they speak African language with there colleagues, If they cannot ans they put you on hold. Worst.. please be aware because you order.

Terrible company I owed them £60 left (on buy pay later option )but as soon as time was up charged me an extra £118 pounds .Then started adding interest on top of that.Beware

Very.co.uk are the worst company I’ve dealt with after ordering a sofa and 2 failed deliveries and wasting a lot of my time i asked for a refund and they took ages to get back to me and now are saying they will not refund my money, 4 months later no money or sign of sofa even tho we wouldn’t want it now, they are breaking the law

I have ordered from Very twice before and have no issues whatsoever but this third time was horrendous and I shall never be buying anything from them again. I ordered a wardrobe bundle consisting of 4 items of furniture. 5 boxes were duly delivered and taken upstairs by the delivery team. So far, so good. We started to assemble one of the smaller items, the 2 bedside units that were packed together in one box. I then opened another box of similar size expecting to find parts for a chest of drawers but there were another 2 bedside units. Easy, thought I, mistakes happen, I'll call and get the incorrect box replaced with the correct one. No can do they tell me. I have to return the whole order of 5 boxes and re-order. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss whether there is a more logical solution to this, was told he was on a call and would call me back when he had finished. Two hours later and no call back so I phoned them. No apology and no offer of another solution. They don't even have an exchange policy so they expect the customer to re-order the products even though Very are clearly at fault. So I now have to wait for the logistics people to call me (within 3 days), spend the time finding replacement furniture and hope that I get my refund promptly. Oh, and write a letter of complaint to the CEO.

FURIOUS that this company can send me second hand worn ripped clothing and yet l order a set of hair extensions which are supposedly platinum and turn up and are very grey, didn’t take them out of the box or packaging rang them and was advised to send them back by customer services and now they have returned them to me as a rejected return apparently they have hair in them which is not mine so again someone else has returned them and they have been resent out am lm the mug paying for them l will never order from VERY again and will be closing my account, l have left a complaint not expecting a reply.

Absolutely terrible. They have a system that intentionally declines your first order so you’re destined to have a bad initial impression. It then took a further 4 attempts and 2 days before the order was placed, and then they didn’t paste across the delivery instructions so the (4 days late) delivery failed. They absolutely didn’t care, and just quoted “procedures”. Asked for a refund - that’ll take 10 days (during which time I can’t go anywhere else to buy a fridge because they’re keeping my money). Oh well, I guess we can’t store refrigerated food for my 6-year old child to eat for another 10 days. But at least we followed the procedures, eh?

The company should be called 'VERY BAD'. I had the worst shopping experience ever with Very.co.uk. Ordered a large corner sofa online on the 14 or May and did not hear anything from them till I received a delivery confirmation via email a few days before the delivery date (10th June). Received a delivery slot of 13:00 to 15:00 and a confirmation text the day before. I booked a collection service for the old sofa in the morning and threw away my old sofa, just before i received a text from ArrowXL, Very's delivery company cancelling the delivery. I took time off work for this and i just ended up let down and without a sofa. They re-booked the delivery for the 18th of June, and once again I took a day off work for this. Received a delivery slot from 7:00 to 21:00, and at 10:00 am I received a text cancelling the delivery once again! I am really upset by the way I was treated and had to call to cancel the order and request a refund. I am now looking for another sofa from a trustworthy company. STAY AWAY FROM VERY.CO.UK!!!

Purchased an item that was incomplete. In breach of consumer rights they are refusing to repair of replace, because it is not their 'policy'. Take your money elsewhere!
