They don't even deserve 1 star but I have no choice. Customer service is absolutely shocking. With the amount of bad reviews i am reading this place needs to be shut down absolutely dreadful never known anything of the kind.

Didn't deliver on time . 2 hours on phone trying to resolve things. Cut me off 7 times trying to get hold of manager , lied to about refund

They sent me my order same product number as picture but completely different watch on line, called customer service told them want to order want the picture is showing said nothing they can do I said I used my 15 discount and want to use it on the watch I want no one person really understood English discusting customer service when no one understands or speaks English

Absolutely appalling customer service. Would not recommend anybody signs up for an account with Very. Ordered a few items that I definitely paid of monthly to be then told my account was in arrears because I had missed payment (which I didn't) I then rang up to query this and was told that it was a mistake on there side and I was in false arrears and the arrears amount will be cleared within 24 hours. This wasn't cleared and received letters, text messages and emails demanding I make a payment. Called up again to question as to why I was told this was but cleared and hadn't. Basically this has been going on from May and the arrears still hasn't been cleared after being told from atleast 4 different very staff that this was definitely in false arrears and wasnt a mistake I had made. Resulted in me putting a complaint in and sending a letter to Very to explain how disgusted I am in there customer Service. Seriously never known anything like it! Always get told that you will get a call back and never do but there so quick to ring you when there chasing you for money. Absolute joke. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A VERY ACCOUNT!!!

I ordered a mattress form the is company, they stated that it would be 7-10 days delivery this turned into two weeks, i was not overly bothered by this. It due for delivery on the 28th. I organised my mother to sit in and wait for delivery as i was at work that day on a 14 hour shift. I received confirmation that the product would be delivered between 7-9 by arrow xl and live tracking would be available on the day. My mother had arranged to have my two young cousins who she was baby siting be dropped at my house, they were dropped off at 08.40, they had not had much to eat as they thought they would only be there max 30mins -1hour so only had snacks with them. By 10.50 no mattress - so contacted very, very rude telephone staff kept me on hold for 25minutes while they tried to sort the problem, i gave up and call them back. I was then greeted by and equally rude staff member who stated that they do not give out times for delivery -basically stating i was lying - i asked at this point if i could rearrange the delivery as i wanted my mom to take the kids home for something to eat. they stated i could not and that the delivery company would call me 30minutes before and i could cancel at that point and then i would have to call back to rearrange a time. The delivery team never called the whole day and the mattress was not delivered. As it turned out on speaking to very the next day, the mattress was not on the truck or due to be delivered or in fact was in the warehouse at all. When i call very the next day , i did actually speak to a nice customer service lady called Angela who actually said sorry for the service i received ( first one to do it) and gave a direct free number to the delivery company - who did not answer the phone and kept me on hold and i never actually spoke to anyone at all because the wait times were stupid due to high call volume - i imagine from all the complaints they were receiving from disgruntled customers. After numerous emails between me and very they have actually refunded my delivery charge - after i showed photographic evidence that they do actually give out times via a text message and email so i was in fact not lying. the saga had a happy ending somewhat i received another text from the company who had arranged another delivery date without consulting me of the 2nd ( lucky i was off work ) and it has now been delivered. The service and care that received from very was not good , the customer service staff where rude and unhelpful ( except Angela) the company they use to deliver are impossible to get hold and un reliable i would not recommend them to anyone. I have paid off my account and will be closing it, this is the first last and only time i will use very services.

Late delivery, poor service! Staff lied to me on the phone. Unable to deliver promises made. Wasted 2 days waiting in for a delivery that didn't come!

This company is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to trade, my 3 year old daughter has not been able to sleep in her bed for over four weeks now because they decided not to deliver her mattress and now my wife has constantly been told for four weeks that they will be back in touch in 24hours every time she contacts them, she has now also been told her email is in a queue and will be dealt with when they get to it, is this so called queue FOUR weeks long and does this queue help my 3 year old daughter actually get the chance to sleep in her own bed tonight!?!?!?!? Or is this just your delaying tactics hoping we will give up and accept that we've paid for a mattress but are never going to actually receive it. VERY you are an absolute joke and I will be seeking legal advice if this is not rectified and my daughters mattress delivered within the next five working days.

I have been a customer with very for the last 10 years and would purchase all my house appliances from them and can state that I have given more than £10,000 of business to very. I have purchased a Fridge Freezer last week and it was delivered to me as damaged on the right side of it which I only noticed once it's been brought to my first floor flat. However it is just the outer layer and it is working normally. I called customer service to inform them and because I just and baby 5 days ago, informed them that I don't want to go through all of the hassle of returning and re delivering and if they can offer at least £30.00 off the original price and 'Nabila', who is the worst customer adviser by the way just happens to give me a 5% discount which amount to £9.00 only. This is a disgrace for a company like very, and for sure you have lost a lifelong customer. Very rude customer advisers who will either get annoyed with customer, interrupt or being sarcastic to customer. I would never recommend anybody to purchase from very anymore.

They advertise as having s tall section. All in 22 apparent choices. More than half of their supposed collection is sold out and anything they do have leftover is available in size 8 or 22. (WHY BOTHER!!!!!!)

I tried to call today to allocate a payment and the woman that answered the phone seemingly couldn't hear me so I called back to the phone being answered to 3 women hysterically laughing down the phone and then got hung up on so I thought I would try one more to be cut off! Very frustrating and such rude people working for very as soon as I have made my last payment I will not be purchasing anything from very again because of the way I was treated!

Very customer services is non existent. It's true they cut you off. the managers don't come to the phones if u ask to speak to one. I've had no joy with them trying to help resolve my enquiry because they don't attempt and don't answer to any of your questions asked,no empathy no apology given either. the staff aren't well trained or competent and I don't understand why all phone calls are recorded when they don't give a damn about in the manner an advisor has dealt with your enquiry and they don't take complaints seriously. I work in a call centre it's come in the top 5 in the uk for customer service. very isn't customer focused. They don't attempt to re-gain the trust of a disappointing customer. I think they are going down hill and the staff used could be outsourced so it's cheaper labour. This is why they aren't trained and coached and developed like most other uk based call centres. Maybe that's why very don't take matters seriously. they certainly don't treat customers fairly.

I wish I have had read the reviews here before buying anything from them. Never experienced this bad customer service anywhere else. If you have any query and call customer care they will cut your call in between and would never give any satisfactory answer. Dont buy anything from them, best spend 2-3% extra somewhere else.

Void this comppany and safe yourself from headache!! This comppany sent me a sofa without legs, due to decorating didn't check, till months later, informed them about matter, and instead of the lovely quality wooden legs in the picture, they sent me cheap pieces of plastic that would not hold a chair up, least a heavy quality leather sofa, what a joke! Due to trying to fight over this issue my account has turned in a very bad state considering thy over charge when you don't pay over time, and this is all due to the sofa!!

I just want to warn everyone here - please save your time and money and never shop at Very!!! This company officially classifies by all definitions as FRAUDSTER COMPANY! You will never see your refund again if you return your items in a timely manner and the customer service will never reply to your questions or complains ldespite promising to do that witin 5 working days. LIES!!! I still do not understand how they are still allowed to operate. My story is quite simple - dress did not fit so I returned it back the same week using collect plus. Tracking number says they have received my return long time ago. 3 weeks later - still no refund. And of course within 5 working days customer service did not reply. Moreover customer service did not bother to reply at all. Same day using same collect plus I have returned other items to other retailers and they refunded me long time ago. Long story short if they do not reimburse me I will be seeking legal advise. This company is clearly misrepresenting the information and mistreating their customers. This is illegal what they are doing and I will make sure they do not brush it off under the carpet this time

Everything went wrong but the worst thing by far is their customer service team. Their reputation clearly doesn't matter at all to this company. They address you as if you are 1. At fault, 2. Stupid, 3. Wrong, 4. A nuisance to them, 5. A liar etc, etc, etc. The company has a new CEO. I really hope he cares enough to do something about this so that customers don't continue to treated like scum
