“Everyone needs to be extremely careful. Fortunately, after I was duped twice on this website, a close friend of mine who had already been scammed recommended me to TREBLESLTD/COM., a recovery company. I'm thrilled that the business assisted me in getting my money back. Sincerely, I should have removed this company's link from this website, but the scammer company protested. If you are a victim as well, you can assist yourself by sending an email to TREBLESLTD/COM. Warm regards.”

“I was apprehensive about ordering reading lots of neg reviews on larger items ordered with very. However, I was ordering a lampshade so thought I'd take the chance. The beaded lampshade was usable but still faultu so wasn't happy and was dreading calling, but, to my surprise! The lady I spoke honzas helpful and off3red me 5% at first which for a £90 lampshade I was like ermmm no thanks! But, they then did confer and came to a reasonable partial refund amount and sorted the refund right away. It was hassle free and I was pleasantly surprised. Although I would prefer the lampshade in perfect condition but I still love the shade even in the condition it's in! So overall thoughts happy, fair and great customer service. Thank you.”

“I do absolutely love very. The only thing I hate is that I have to ring up to deal with any inquiries. They don't make it easy. Where some companies you can email etc. This isn't the case with very. However I love the clothing selection and they always have some really decent sales. So you can always pick up some great gems. And if you don't like what you bought. It is so simple to send back. Just have to pop into your local click and collect and the that's it. Simple.”

“Mixed reviews on this one really. The product was exactly what I ordered but the delivery guys turned it from the display BigMac in to the BigMac you actually recieve in the box that looks like it's been knocked out the park by Barry Bonds. I had to return my item and have been left without a washing machine for over a week when i have a 2 year old daughter. Very have been (Very...) understanding and helpful but not the most ideal of scenarios”
