Very is an online department store that stocks over 50,000 products from the new catwalk trends through to the most iconic new tech on the market plus some of the biggest brands on the planet and unique collections from celebs like Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby too.

“Ordered items to be delivered on specific day heard nothing so contacted customer services about tracking, spoke to Jayne what an exceptional lady, she soon found out fault was with couriers, after talking to her she cancelled that order and reordered the items for us and arranged new delivery date nothing was a problem to her. As we were speaking on the phone Hotpoint texted us thanking us for the order and details about tracking. All this was due to Jayne who was exceptional in dealing with our enquiry, talked us through to process as we were progressing. Many thanks Jayne for your true first class service in helping us”

“After reading several negative reviews I was in 2 minds wether to order or not, I’m glad I ignored these and proceeded with my order, I ordered a jacket Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning. Would use again in future”
