“WARNING.............. I placed an online order the items looked wonderful and of a good quality. RUGS poor materials, simply disgraceful how they trick customers by advertising lovely clothes and produce nothing but rubbish. NEVER AGAIN”

“I have tried to return an item and contacted your team about returning an item, each time asking for an address to return item too. I kept receiving a reply telling me I could return item but must get an address, however an address was very difficult to get off you. Eventually I received an address but about 3 weeks later. I have posted the item, but have still not received payment”

“I ordered some dresses and had paid via PayPal before I realised the items come from China. That's not like me, as I tend to be on the ball with internet shopping. I then decided to look them up. Yep. I wasn't happy with what I was reading about them, but couldn't find the cancel order on the website. 2 days after my order, I received confirmation from V Voga that payment had been accepted and the dresses were about to be started. I quickly replied that I wanted to cancel my order and have a full refund. It took a few days. They offered me money off, or 5% of the total order. 5% would have been less than the shipping costs, which I pointed out. After that, they refunded me in full within 2 days, having been very polite and courteous. Would I order from them in the future? Maybe just 1 item to see the quality. But 3 out of 5 stars isn't a bad review. You just have to remember there is a time difference.”

“It is well over 3 weeks now that I posted my first review. I have sent another email to VeryVoga and they have chosen not to respond. It is almost two months now and still counting. I am yet to receive either the dress I ordered nor a refund. Please shout it on the mountain tops if possible. This company is fraudulent. They should not be allowed to trade. They even had the guts to ask me to remove my review and yet I have not received a refund nor the dress that I ordered. Please warn even your enemies not to have anything to do with them. “Terrible purchasing experience! It's a 100% Chinese company, called Lebbay Network Technology Co., Ltd, owning a few online fashion brands, locating in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Suzhou cities. I purchased a V-neck dress from their website. The quality is very low compared to their website pictures. I contacted the customer service asking return & refund. At first the customer service offered me about 7 Euro refund and no returning. When I insisted the return & refund, they provided me a code and an address. It's in Belgium! The returning shipment fee costs me up to 18 Euro. Then I wrote to them asking why I paid 4 Euro shipping fee for purchasing and now returning fee is 18 Euro. No reply any more! I called their Shanghai office number and their attitude was super rude! My review to Veryvoga: 0 star! My suggestion to potential buyers: 0 considering about buying anything from Veryvoga!”

“Like other customers, if I had read the returns pilocy would not have used! Good are not as website puctures and trying to retun an item is like pulling teeth. You chase and chase and they are reluctant to send you a returns form and address to send back to. They obviously don't understand the customers statutory rights at all. Avoid using as not worth the hassle.”

“Marilyn I wish I read the reviews before useing this company. Same problems as other customers, 7 weeks for order to arrive. Too late/ bad quality/ size incorrect/ no refund yet just fobbed off... Please, Please do not let this company get away with this. Keep sending them emails. Iwill not give up, they should not be allowed to steal from customers.”

“I ordered 5 items. The quality isn't great but 4 of 5 items are wearable and look good (not as good as they do online) but I can't imagine they'll last too long. The fifth item was dreadfully made and the colour was awful. Not like the photos at all.”

“One plus is to much ! Never ever I'm still waiting my shop online...and my first experience with faux fur was terrible ; My second , almost same time with first order.....And no I'm waiting...ill could se my " track plan 5 weeks instead of one-two day , mostly 14-15 days.....!!!!Google translate always if you have some question , " no real person ill think?! And 50 krouns to youse (ca5€ ) because of trouble and the same compeny!!!”

“I actually wanted to give this review no star at all. I do wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered anything on this website. I ordered my first item which did arrive in good time and then I made the mistake of my life to ordered another item and paid for it via expedited shipping. it is over two and a half weeks now and there has been no shipment notification. I have sent an email to the After sales team and there has been no response even though they were meant to get back to me after 24 hours and this is now 72 hours. I have had to place another order with a UK company and this order is already on its way even though I just did it about two days ago because I needed the dress for an occasion of which VeryVoga has failed to deliver even though I placed the order well in advance- 3 weeks ago. Please do not buy anything at all from this website. they are not reliable and they are quick to take your money and has no decency to even respond to customer's email. I wish there was a place for no stars because they re unworthy of any stars at all. Please don't you ever ever patronise them. It will save you all the trouble of losing money Just like I have just had to do.”

“I ordered a swimsuit. Checked the size chart. I’m a big lady so needed size 22/24. The size chart measurements indicated I needed a 5 XL. When it arrived it was more like a size 12/14. The returns policy states it will not accept returns on swimwear , lingerie and earrings . I didn’t even attempt to try it on it looked so small. I will not be ordering anything from this company again”

“I ordered this item on Feb. 5 and it was delivered on March 17th. The quality was absolutely awful -- thin and cheap looking. The sweater looked nothing like the photograph. They don't tell you that this company is in China. They can hardly write English and the item was sent through China Post, so I can't send it back. Buyer beware!”
