“very bad order arrangement, especially for frozen pet food delivery. You can't choose the delivery date when you place your order. And nobody care about what you've ordered. The sales just said will call you before delivering the goods. Of course, they did call me and told me will be arrived in 30 mins. But I'm working in the office and nobody is at home.....already twice time and my order is frozen pet food!!!”
