“very bad order arrangement, especially for frozen pet food delivery. You can't choose the delivery date when you place your order. And nobody care about what you've ordered. The sales just said will call you before delivering the goods. Of course, they did call me and told me will be arrived in 30 mins. But I'm working in the office and nobody is at home.....already twice time and my order is frozen pet food!!!”

“The best before date is long and the delivery is quick. Very impressed! Got it 3 days later after placing my order as I live on an outlying island and it is delivered to my door. If I ordered it from my own vet clinic, I will get it 2 weeks later. Will continue to order from Vetopia.”

“I saw your booth at the recent Pet Show at HKCEC in Wanchai. It was very busy, but there was numerous staff to answer my questions in English. Stef helped me set up my online account so that I could make my first purchase. As I live in North Point, it was convenient to do a self pick-up when I made a second purchase.”

“I have been a customer of Vetopia since its inception. My dogs, over the years, had special needs such as liquid food for a renal problem, which were supplied quickly and in good condition. My most recent purchases included a probiotic, which works like magic, so I am pleased with the results. The selection of foods etc. is good, the delivery service is excellent, and orders are handled quickly. Quality, care, and reliability.”
