bought one of the snack product of YORA from your shop in end of august I ccant believe it is expirev in sept 2024, ridiculous you are tellinf lie to your customer

I wanted to purchase two products at the pet fair, and I understand the requirement to register first. However, as a pregnant woman, it was frustrating to have to stand there and spend over 10 minutes going through the registration process. The staff then told me I could simply order online. I'm not sure why I was directed to register in person if I could have just placed the order online instead. After the lengthy registration, I eventually found another staff member who was able to help me complete the purchase on their computer. However, this staff member failed to mention that I needed to submit a video of my dog as part of the order process. Unfortunately, I also missed the WhatsApp message you sent me about this requirement, so I ended up waiting a long time to receive my products, which I actually need quite urgently. In conclusion, the overall customer experience was quite poor. The registration process was time-consuming and seemingly unnecessary, especially for a pregnant woman like myself who had to stand for an extended period. The communication about ordering options and additional requirements was unclear, and the lack of guidance from your staff led to delays in me receiving the products I needed. I hope you'll consider streamlining the purchase process and improving the training and information provided to your staff to create a smoother experience for customers like myself in the future.

於寵物展詢問購買Heartguard Plus 可否以之前獸醫購買過的Invoice 作證明, sales 表示可以, 不用其他額外補充 提交文件後卻得到回覆是不能以invoice 作證明, 必須是referral letter 或1分鐘短片, 即使以health cert 也不能證明寵物是健康, 實在不能接受及莫名其妙 以往即使我從其他獸醫購買也只是以invoice 作證明便可, 我不知道為甚麼 貴公司會如此沒有彈性地處理 為免再添麻煩, 往後不會再考慮在 貴公司購物

I purchased a bag of expired dog food. I purchased in late Feb, but the expiry date is late Dec of last year🤦🏻‍♀️. Finally I got refund but I still need to handle the expired dog food myself.

very bad order arrangement, especially for frozen pet food delivery. You can't choose the delivery date when you place your order. And nobody care about what you've ordered. The sales just said will call you before delivering the goods. Of course, they did call me and told me will be arrived in 30 mins. But I'm working in the office and nobody is at home.....already twice time and my order is frozen pet food!!!

Sorry, I only received "Feline Gastro Intestinal "Moderate Calorie" 2kg", another item still missing, also your computer system sent email to me said "completed the invoice"...... very very messy...... I still waiting Vetri-Liver Feline Bite Sized Chews, please help me to solve it.

Good product BUT very bad delivery experience , it was supposed to deliver by TUE before 19:00. No call No message on TUE , suddenly called at 21:30 . I feel like am I supposed to wait 24-7? And I asked the delivery to send by WED. I mean if really that busy and u can at least communicate with me. But not all a sudden I should be at anytime for the delivery , isn’t it ?

Order placed on 28 Nov 2022, goods is still not delivered on 3 Jan 2023. Very disappointed.

One of the customer service manner is very poor, i used e-mail to contact but nobody concern my request . When I finished the payment, she said that it will be sent it by SF Express after tomorrow. I asked the management it was sent from office. It was very bad experience for me.

You need to speak with Vinnci! I bought one of these two weeks ago and gave it to a little girl as a gift for her and her cat. Before gifting it, I charged it up using the Type C portal. I then ordered ANOTHER ball AND a roller device for my own three cats BUT the charging portal is not the same Type C, rather it is the old style used on BlackBerry devices. So within ONE WEEK, I received the same toys but with different portals and I am not happy. All of these should be Type C. This has still not been straightened out.

Goods is fine, but very below-standard delivery service, has no regard of punctuality, broke promise of delivery date twice and I had to go to another shop to buy dog food to keep my dog fed. What a joke.
