Products ordered are rarely in stock... which causes long delivery delays. Website does not indicate if stock is actually available. Not worth the hassle...

exceedingly frustrating online system and account set up. Whattsapp box always full and too much AI and not enought human contact . The best service is the delivery person who is prompt. Communication options of live chat does not appear to work and certainly canot get through by telephone.

The experience of online ordering is good. But the delivery service is very bad. The goods was placed in lobby of my building without any notice or confirmation with me. It should be delivered to my home according to delivery address shown in my order. The goods has been left in lobby for two days until I incidentally noticed the goods was there.

Unfortunately the second order I placed took over a week to arrive. I had to email to question where the order was and then was told the driver delivered it to the wrong address.

Delivery ahead of expected schedule however this time two boxes (12 prepackaged pouches per box) were not sealed. Some of the saucy chunks of meat were meshed inside. Slightly questionable and bit disappointed

I want to cancel my recurring purchase of 12 canned dog food!! Since I set up the recurring order bi-monthly but I received the cans monthly without any discount or use my bonus points! At present, I do have 24 cans of dog food at home! I tried to contact your serving team to cancel but in vain! Pls cancel the order wef Sep 2022!!

Your warehouse staff wrongly despatched the powder one but I ordered the tablet one. Their product knowledge should be strengthened.
