“ Door has been delivered and quality is very good, still awaiting the rest of my order which is a french door. However customer service is appalling! There seems to be just one lady on the answer phone when one rings and select the Sale’ option, she takes her sweet time to pick up the phone and when heaven finally permits her to do so, she is rude, loud and acts as though the caller is the cause of her problem! She even hangs up the call! Disgusting behaviour! Can someone more sensible answer people’s calls please! Thank you ”
