“Unfortunately my magnolia rhodiola did not arrive after Shabir kindly suggested this would hopefully help with a very stressful ongoing family matter. Nearly 10 days later I contacted customer service who informed me the three bottles had been lost in transit by Amazon. I was assured they would be sent again immediately with Royal Mail but again nothing arrived. I again contacted customer service and this time they had got held up in picking or something similar. I asked for a full refund. Very disappointed.”

“I found the patches very good and have ordered them twice. However, when I tried to order them again two days ago, the system would not allow me to do so. The product was excellent but the means to achieving a purchase were not and there was no way I could let Victoria Health know at the time of the attempted order. It is your ordering system that lets you down, not your products.....”

“I have been a very loyal customer of yours for years! Recently I placed two orders to Greece which I never received as you are probably using the least expensive service of the Hellenic post which is notoriously bad. I have also placed a large order of over£700 (!£ over 30 items!) which was delivered to the U.K. Total of all three orders in one month around 1000£!!! To my surprise, you included for a 1000£ worth of purchases, one Lano hand cream as “gift”of total retail price of 13£! This is definitely a disappointment. Furthermore, you have never ever, offered me a gift card or a discount code. Thanking your loyal customers after such huge orders should be the minimum you should do. Very disappointing. “Product never arrived”

Thank you for your message. I have just tracked and it was noted as being delivered on Saturday, 22 April, 10:49. I have also checked and I cannot see any messages from you regarding this not being delivered. We do encourage customers to make contact with us if there is a problem as we cannot know that you have not received if your order is noted as delivered. We can then have the chance to put this right and resend/offer a refund. Please do email customercare@victoriahealth.com. From time to time, packages can get lost. It's the nature of the business, but we will always support and help.

“It's Amazon that's poor. Parcel left on door step and we were out of town 100 miles away awful service he could have left it through gate but instead just walked off. We had it on camera. Makes me think twice before I order any more items. 😞”

“The products are great but since you have been using Amazon to deliver my packages are just being left outside the front door and the driver isn’t waiting until the door is answered or checking someone is in. Packages have been wet, and left in full view of passers by. Tonight my package was supposedly delivered. We are in , no one rang the bell and there is no package on the doorstep so I have no idea where it is or whether someone has picked it up. I’m hoping a neighbour has it but there is no information to indicate it’s whereabouts!”

“Used for the first time, the serum has an unpleasant strong smell, which I’m struggling to get past. My skin does feel softer after just one application, but would need to use for longer to evaluate fairly.”
