“I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. I'VE TRIED TO CONTACT VH BUT NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME. IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS SO I ASSUME THERE'S A PROBLEM THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH. VH NEEDS TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY. I'VE BOUGHT FROM VH BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS - DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE HIDING AND NOT GETTING. BACK TO ME, BUT IT'S UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE I HAVE NO RECOURSE.”

“I have been buying products from VH for about three years, and my experience has always been positive, of both the company and the products they sell. I sent a message asking about the suitability of a product on sensitive skin, and I got a reply within a few hours, with a detailed description of the product's suitabilty. I was very impressed by this response. Delivery had always been reliable and delivered to my door. Unfortunately, they have changed their delivery method from Royal Mail to Amazon Shipping and my recent order just over a week ago was not delivered to my door as it would usually have been, but was left elsewhere in the building, which I hadn't been informed about. As is often the case with Amazon, they just leave packages anywhere and I have to go looking for them!! I also noticed it wasn't as well packaged as they had been before, and it looked quite scruffy: presumably packaged by Amazon Shipping This lets it down now, I'm afraid. I took one star off for this.”

“Product arrived on time and in good packaging. The dispenser on it is good and works well. The product itself has an unusual but not unpleasant fragrance. I have noticed it has made my skin so much smoother and my skin feels less tight. It’s too early for me to say if it’s really helping with the lines but I would continue to use it anyway for how well it makes my skin feel. It also hasn’t made me spotty, so very happy with this.”
