“I am usually a fan of Victoria Health and generally love the products. I also look forward to the news letter and often purchase the recommended products. However I have written poor reviews for my recent purchases. I found the itchy scalp shampoo and conditioner I bought really expensive, poor quality and they didn’t work. As money is tight in the current climate, I think I will just stick to buying my favourite fulvic products occasionally as a treat. I wasted my money on my last order and feel let down and a bit cheated. Sorry!”

“This was my first purchase from Victoria Health. The product I wanted, I have brought from other company's previously, and although there wasn't a problem exactly, there was some delay in the product arriving with me, and I had to pay extra shipping costs. With Victoria Health, there were no extra follow-on shipping costs, and the product arrived well packaged, and it arrived so quickly after ordering that it actually took me by surprise, I had anticipated that it might take longer. This all being the case, I am so far extremely happy with the service I have had from Victoria Health, I would absolutely recommend them based on my experience so far, and I will certainly be using them again. Very Happy.”

“I’ve been buying from Victoria Health for quite a few years now. What sets them apart from other companies is that they only stock what they believe in. I used to have to do lots of research and take certain reviews with a pinch of salt before I would buy something ( be it supplements, skincare or whatever) now I am confident that if Victoria Health stock it then it’s the real deal!”

“Products are good and I purchase a fair amount for the family - however, it is disappointing that no loyalty scheme allows regular customers to get something back. The offer in the newsletter very rarely at all has the GOW products on offer which is rather disappointing as well. As I said, the products are good but overpriced as there is no option to purchase elsewhere, so a bit of a monopoly to be frank - would purchase elsewhere if I had the option”

Goods carefully packed into a study box and not having to go through layers upon layers of tape on the box before I can access my order is heaven sent! “Always a good experience purchasing from VH, their customer service and ethos is really sound. Unfortunately on this occasion I purchased a new eye balm that did not agree with me but VH arranged a free return and prompt refund even though I had opened and used some of the product. “I am very careful about skin products usually only use coconut oil on my face. Bought this as lemon balm is highly regarded. I have some sun damage this totally soothes it and is a great face cream. Even my skin loves it. An excellent product. Well worth trying.”
