The final straw saw the refund of £1000 for late delivered goods sent back to wrong account despite x3 ‘web chats’ and 3x assurances that the correct card would be credited. “You can not speak to anybody the robot is no help doesn't understand anything. I've ben waiting 18 days now for a refund i have emailed so many times and nobody gets back to you. They owe me just over£300. Even arranging the returns was an absolute nightmare stay clear you can order with ease but try and return or get a refund. I'm taking them trading standards”
“Victoria plum use a courier that has a specific order of distribution, they know it takes longer than direct delivery. We have had a nightmare with Victoria plum, many phone calls later, they promised delivery for our date. So the courier send email and tell us it has been received into their hub, which then is passed on to the delivery depot, who then send it out to customer, this process of course can take up to a week to then be received by customer. What has infuriated me was that we had an option to order the bath which would enable our plumber to go ahead with work, but as they promised delivery for agreed date we of course didn’t order the bath from elsewhere. We have been told that Victoria plum use this courier regularly and know of the delivery structure so my question is why tell me I will receive my order, when in actual fact it will only arrive at the courier hub on that date, which we have had to put our plumber and his electrician etc on hold, which means my bathroom will take longer to be completed. I can’t recommend Victoria plum, thanks to them my bathroom is going to be a building site for longer than necessary. I have serious health issues that this has also interfered with, the stress and the upheaval is unbearable. I now understand why there is no telephone number available for queries. They do not have to deal with them. I agree with you all an appalling service. This is no reflection on the courier service, they were most helpful in explaining how they work and Victoria plum know this.”
“Got a promised delivery date which got cancelled on the day of the delivery. Then told it was coming direct from their supplier. 2 weeks later and still nothing. A nightmare to contact and when you do they dont know anything and say it's with their supplier. Will never use them again”

After weeks of trying to speak to someone I have been told this is standard for the taps I bought... No one will call me, everything is done through Live Chat. An edition to my initial review, beware this company does not publish your reviews on products on their website unless they are positive...”
“This company is a joke, three times they messed up my order,I hade to sit on there live chat for hours only to be cut off each time, wronge items sent, items missing, there is No customer service, a whole month after my original order I still have not received my goods, please do yourself a favour pay a bit more and go elsewhere, they deserve to go out of business”

Do not use this company. Ordered shower tray, delivery delayed by 2 days. Tray turned up broken into 3, had to have a webchat as you can't speak to ANYONE. Assured another would be delivered the next day - no delivery. Had to cancel in the end, assured this was being processed yet courier still trying to deliver. There's a reason you can't speak to anyone - probably the number of complaints. I have wasted hours having webchats to try and sort this out.”

“This company is serious bad news and does not deserve even 0ne star. My order was for a replacement toilet seat. It arrived damaged and I had to send it straight back. Contacting the company was seriously flawed!! Quite honestly my advice is to avoid them at all cost!! Getting my money back has driven me to frustration. Even now they will not pay for the return postage which cost me £8.”
