“I have large area of hard floor to clean and although I have a steam cleaner the pad gets so dirty I have to keep changing them, also the pads are expensive to buy. This mop is great and the wringer takes so much water out the mop that I can go over and dry the floor.”

“Package arrived and had clearly already been opened and then resealed again, paid £50 for a brand new mop & not to received something that looks like it's been used. Not to forget the fact that their customer service isn't responding to my emails about wanting to return the product.”

“Found it very light and easy to use. No bottles on the handle to hold the fluid which our previous cleaner had which was loose and the bottle constantly collapsed. So far in our short use of the spray cleaner we have found it excellent”

“The washing line (rotary hoist) is a great product. So easy to put up and down and holds plenty of washing. We actually bought this one for my daughter who has just moved house. This is our third purchase of the product in the past 15 years. Our first one was still going strong when we moved house 15 months ago but we left it behind and purchased a new one because we were so pleased with the original. If our new one (now 15 months old) lasts as well as our original it will be money well spent. The line also has the advantage that you can wind it up to catch the maximum wind.”

“We are currently in discussion with the Laundry Company who supplied the device we purchased thru you. The device is totally unsuitable and unusable by us. The minimum height level of the lines is 2070mm - 6' 9"+, nearly 7 feet above ground level. My wife is 5' 2" with an above head reach of approximately 12-14" making her total reach above head height of around 1930mm. In order to hang washing easily she will need a step ladder! not very satisfactory. I am currently waiting to hear back from the laundry Company as to how this situation can be resolved. Ideally we would like to return the product.”
