“"I bought this airer because I wanted one like my mother in law has in Sardinia..\r\nThis airer is very similar and I have to say I am very pleased with it... at first I was a little worried as it's very lightweight. However it's very very good and I am really very pleased with it I can fit almost 2 wash loads onto it and the spacing is just perfect... I can start it off outdoors and if it started to rain I can just grab it and carry the whole lot in doors without to much fuss All in all this is a brilliant product!”

“Purchased from the official online shop, at a healthy discount for promotion- Item damaged - one of those things, and easily resolved you would think, however the customer service is absolutely atrocious. Eventually received replacement after having to complain on two separate occasions and to Vileda's owning company in the end. Personally next time I'll pop to the shop if I need anything. The mops fine, but ultimately it's a mop, but if it isn't fine, don't expect Vileda's own customer support to go out of their was to assist you.”

“I've emailed twice. Delivery states delayed. Opened a case with PayPal and still nothing. Very disappointed. Especially as I've been a loyal vileda customer for many many years.”
