“One of the the Vileda Magic Mop 3 Action refills I received sprung out of the red holder when I was using it for the first timeand it is IMPOSSIBLE to squeeze it back in. This means that the magic mop can't be squeezed out. Fortunately I bought 4 replacements and I was able to use one of the others, but I will want a replacement mop refill because I have one that I simply cannot use”

“My first bucket was broken . this was delt with and a replacement arrived the next day. I have always washed my floors by handwith a cloth. So searched to find something to meet my needs, this does exactly that .The only downside is the bucket is not easy to fill under the tap as its large. I am sure with frequent use I will manage just fine.”

“Found what I wanted on the site without too much difficulty. Although someone phoned to let me know when to expect my order, this didn't happen on the day, bit disappointed with this but it did arrive the next working day after the weekend.”

“Good broom gets in all the corners nice length as I'm quite tall. I've thrown the broom down the stairs and the head snaps off so I advise you don't do this”

“I bought my last Rotary Dryer in 2007 and that was a Vileda. I have moved home twice during this period and took the dryer with me on both occasions and it has been brilliant. Two weeks ago the plastic Locking lug broke on the Dryer and stopped us being able to fold the dryer down and locking in place when up so I ordered a new one. My new Vileda dryer arrived on Monday morning and it is a quality bit of kit once again and if this lasts another 11 years like the previous one I will be very happy. The old dryer still works fine and I have re-erected this in another location and locked in place with a stainless steel screw.”

“Wow what a cleaner! The best I’ve had so far. Amazing cleaning and the best bit of all is the cleaning cloth stays on. Once done just pop it off and wash. Love it”

“I love my Vleda 1 2 Spray mop and looking for replacement mop heads, found that buying direct from Vileda was not only the cheapest but had extra bonuses of fantastic delivery and free dusters/cleaning cloths. I can't imagine being without this mop which is used several times each week.”

“I love the steam kop! It is easy to assemble and to use. Remember to wear shoes not sandals but the hat is commonsense. I thought my kitchen floor was clean...until I used the mop! It makes a chore quick, simple and effective. Many thanks.”

“Item received is faulty, and supplier is not good enough to resolve the problem. Still awaiting for out come. One thing is sure never will buy VILEDA product again online. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.”

“Old rotary washing line broke while we were on holiday while daughter was using it,it was 11years old,new one ordered on Thursday morning and it arrived at 11.05on Friday morning just in time for mrs to do holiday washing,excellent service thanks.”
