“although the height is adjustable the basic ht was a little high for my wife to reach and this is not adjustable. Unless you can drill a new hole for the lock pin and cut the bottom of the tube. Maybe the main tube should be shorter and sacrifice a little of the hist height.”

“Vileda window vac is just ok. When drawing the vac down the window it does unfortunately leave streaks from the serrated rubber. I wish some company would find a way to prevent this from happening. I have tried all ways to stop this but to no avail. Even after finishing and wiping over with a clean microfiber cloth streaks are still very apparent when the Sun shines on the window. A pity as its nice to use. The other thing is the difficulty obtaining spare rubber blades, which you say is obtainable from yourselves but your email from you say that you don't normally deal with the public. They should be able to be bought online from a variety of websites.”

“This purchase is the second rotary washing line I have had both exactly the same, the old one Iv had for years and year's, worth every penny, hence why I wanted a new one, do they still did it. Hurray.🧓⭐”

“I had been trying for a long time to replenish my dwindling supply of Vileda Style dishcloths from local hardware shops, with no success. I rang the Vileda Customer Careline and was dismayed to learn that for some inexplicable reason these cloths had been discontinued but told that I may be able to obtain some from the online shop. I was so pleased that I was able to do this - but cannot understand why such an excellent product should now be unobtainable via shops as the Vileda Style cloth is the best on the market. Please don't discontinue it altogether !”

“Order the bucket and it arrived a few days later. I modified the mop and bought extra sleeves when originally purchased as it is ideal for washing paintwork on ceilings and walls. The sunlight has got at the original bucket which has caused it to be brittle so needed a replacement.”
