“Still awaiting a reply from your customer support dept. re: damaged goods received. I have called, discussed, sent follow-up email with photos. of damaged item. That was on Friday 1st December. Now 6th Dec. and not even an acknowledgement from this company. This trade rates amongst the poorest performance I have experienced in over 30 years of on-line purchasing.”

“I purchased a sweeping brush for my newly installed wooden flooring which is effective and easy to use. .I also bought a flat mop and bucket set for the same purpose and can honestly say it is useless. The flat mop is difficult to use with the bucket, the mop is flimsy and the wring out feature is difficult to use, usually involving handling the dirty mop. It also leaves the floor wetter than I feel it should.”

“Used 3 times and now will not wind up, very disappointed as it had to be concreted in which took me a fair few hours, our old washing line has worked perfectly for 12 years we only replaced it as it looked weathered, now we are stuck without a washing line VERY DISSATISFIED TO SAY THE LEAST and am very unsure I want it replaced literally used 3 times very poor quality as it has a 5 year guarantee and has lasted a couple of washes.”

“"\"It beggars belief!\\r\\nI ordered pads for my Vileda Virobi, the ones you show on your website as 50% better than the old ones, the same as those that came with my new purchase.\\r\\nOn opening the delivery it was obvious that this was not the product that I had ordered, I assumed it was the old, out of date, product.\\r\\nI complained on your customer service site.\\r\\nI was asked to send photographs, which I did. The issue was sent to the product manager.\\r\\nSome time later I was told that there is only one pad and was sent a link to that product.\\r\\nThis image was exactly the same as the pads that I had ordered.\\r\\nI sent more photographs of the \\\"lady on a chair with her eyes shut\\\" and these which you sent with a cartoon in the same place;\\r\\n 50% better electrostatic etc., you know your own website, not Virobi pads or Vileda power.\\r\\nThen the response came that \\\"I have resent you the order due to the product you ordered being incorrect\\\".\\r\\nYou can probably guess the next bit.....\\r\\nthe ones delivered today are the old stock yet again.\\r\\nI shall withhold names for now in case this is visible to everyone.\\r\\nI am amazed that there seems to be no contact between customer service and\\\/or product manager to the warehouse. Do the warehouse have access to the website?\\r\\nAs you may imagine, I am more than happy to send all previous contact details including e-mails which contain all the necessary photographic proof.\\r\\nCan you please now send my correct order and, if necessary, return method for the out of date product at your expense. \"" Order number VL00199231.
