Absolutely disgusting...stay clear Absolutely disgusting...stay clear. Over two weeks vinted were informed that an incorrect item had been received. It was confirmed by the courier that it was their error within 2 days of the issue being reported, yet vinted continue to say that they are still waiting a response. They are fraudulent keeping nearly £100 of my money and refusing to refund, despite having all the evidence they need from myself, the seller and the courier.

Ive used Vinted now for over 3 years and had no issues, it appears they have new software or something new on their platform as suddenly im permenantly blocked for selling goods without labels, however, there were lables on the items, not only that I provided original packaging and the Amazon reciepts showing they were bought 2 days earlier. They totally ignore your 'appeal' and your messages and just block you. its awful how they treat long standing sellers. I had 3000 items for sale and nearly 2000 positive reviews on Vinted to be blocked without discussion and not looking at your appeal. absolutely awful, they have ignored all of my messages. The appeal process is a lie and they dont take your pics into consideration and never admit when they are actually wrong.

Disgusting customer service from vinted.co.uk - you pay a 'buyer protection fee' but get zero service. If you return goods, at your expensive even if not described properly, you have to wait for the seller to confirm the goods are returned in proper order which can take up to 15 days! The seller is already dodgy because they lied about they goods they sold, I had to pay to return them but have to wait 15 days for my refund, that is IF the seller agrees to it! What kind of dodgy company is this? I have reported them to trading standards and consumer advice.

Don’t use Vinted - their Customer Service is appalling and they allow other users to block for revenge and then their bots refuse to allow an appeal regardless of how much proof you have. They also don’t follow their own guidelines. They give examples of how to describe your item and then tell you that you’ve described it inaccurately. They are truly awful - trust me, you will get burned by them. Not worth the stress of it

DO NOT USE. They trick you in to paying buyers protection on every purchase, but in reality, they won't do anything. I bought a pair of trousers, brand new from a seller. Tags said 32leg, description said 32leg. However, when they arrived they were actually 30leg and had been altered to be 30leg. I complained to Vinted and they did nothing, saying the tags on the item match the item description...Yes but the trousers were altered to ve shorter... Vinted then suggested I sold them again, tricking someone else. Absolutely shocking customer service. Making money from buyers, with a false buyers protection. Far too easy to be scammed.

Very bad customer service, they are not helping, I have worked hard to put like 20 bags online and they deleted everything without a reason. The only things they are telling you is doesn't follow our protocol, they are very bad on communication, I have deleted my account and I rather selling on vestiare collective, they are much better service than them , they are so rude and unprofessional at all

Scammed. First time buyer and the scammer knew it.(how?) I thought I was in a secure vinted site and vinted kept advertising this fact. Turned out I wasn't. Too easy for scammers to do this and delete their profile immediately. I can't be the only one to fall victim to scammers on this site. Facebook marketplace for me from now on. Cash on collection. Simpler and safer

Haven’t received t withdrawal money to my bank account messed them Loads and sent bank statements to prove it hasn’t gone through just get automated messages telling me I’ve got to get a written letter from my bank To say I haven’t got it , what a joke so I’m Now out of pocket by a substantial amount that they won’t do anything about , avoid !!!

My 16 year old grandson spent Xmas money, £170 on a jacket stated excellent condition. First time he’d bought on Vinted. The size was wrong and the condition was NOT excellent. He tried for 3 days to get a reply from the seller and by the time the seller replied he said it had to be done in 2 days! It was too late apparently to get a refund for shoddy goods. Vinted won’t help as he should have clicked on a button within 2 days. This was not made clear and grandson had tried messaging the seller. I wish buyers had more rights. Vinted are rubbish. To allow a child to lose this much money is disgusting

My account was frozen for a week due to uploading prohibited items I was trying to sell so plates which you are allowed to sell on the platform, I had my account back one day and was permanently blocked for trying to sell prohibited items again this time a photo frame which is again is not a prohibited item

Absolutly shockingly bad site...a seller can send you anything( not what is in photo or description) and vinted wont do a thing...you can only send it back if the seller says you can and you have to pay for the return...I bought a dress and recieved something that was 4 sized smaller and nothing like the photo from a rude and abusive seller...vinted would do absolutly nothing about it even though I paid fees....do not use thos site you WILL get ripped off

I bought an item (perfume) only to have Vinted invalidate the item (it had not box, perfumes must be new) before it was shipped. The seller wasn’t particularly communicative. I short, Vinted responded to my request for a refund within 24 hrs by instigating the process of said refund. Yay! Overall my experiences with Vinted have been very positive, but it does seem like there are more unscrupulous sellers there than the period 2020-2022, when I was quite actively buying perfumes there.

I purchased in good faith a John Lewis Roller Blind but it wasn’t right for me so I relisted it on Vinted (as they advise you to do, as returning to the seller is difficult). I have just had the item deleted by Vinted as apparently you cannot sell Blinds on Vinted so I have paid for a Blind that wasn’t right and now I am stuck with it - Vinted Customer Service have been useless and can offer me no help at all. Beware what you buy!!!!!!

So, IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY OR SELL ON VINTED THINK TWICE, IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, PATIENCE AND YOU WILL END UP LOSING MONEY My nightmare with Vinted started like 14 days ago, when a parcel I have sent out was overdue to arrive to the buyer and the tracking wasn't updating. I have contacted both InPost and Vinted starting with InPost that have told me they need to be contacted by Vinted in this matter so I must contact Vinted directly, which I have done. Vinted contacted, the parcel was already 6-7 days overdue. They have said to contact once the 15 business days from the shipped date. In the meantime, I have had the email confirmation from InPost that the parcel has been lost. I have contacted Vinted showing all the evidences saying that the parcel got lost and a refund should be issued to the buyer and also to me. I have been talking to many people on the same "Support" chat, with different views and resolutions. Three days ago, 15/01, a person, or I should call it a bot, told me that if the parcel will not arrive in 24h, and the buyer will release the money within 48 hours then I will get the money released and the buyer will get the refund. I have asked today again when this will happen, and once again, a new bot-person told me differently: please allow another 2 business days for the parcel to arrive. I have told the bot-person to check all the evidences and screenshots I have provided from InPost and his bot-colleague that told me different 3 days ago. I will go ahead and complain to Citizen Advice and all the customer institutions that this company should stop their business at least in UK. They promote scammers , I have seen way too many listings from scammers and fake items. They don't care about legit users and they are blocking people without reason. If you are thinking to go and sell or buy things on Vinted, think twice, is not worth your patience and you will end up losing money.

Tried to buy a silicone air fryer tray which was £3.00. After adding £3.84 for buyer protection and £2.99 delivery the cost was a joke. Why £3.84 for buyer protection when the item isn’t even worth that amount.

Same as everyone else on here. An absolute nightmare trying to sell. Sent off some sneakers for authentication. They were authenticated and ‘allegedly’ sent to the buyer. The buyer then contacted me to say she had not received them. A quick call to DPD - who told me the item was on its way to Vinted / on its way back to me / on its way to the buyer (3 different responses). Vinted have been no help at all. None. This poor girl has lost over a £100 as Vinted are refusing to refund her until I receive the parcel back. I’ll never use Vinted again. It’s a scam operation.

Same as other reviews. Buyer said my top was fake. I sent evidence of the purchase from Flannells… no help. The person buying got the top for free and I lost any money. Absolute cowboy firm! Will never use again
