“Super fast (FedEx) delivery - ordered on line & next day it was there! Good value too cos I’d shopped around other sites but many have a nasty p&p sting in the tail! Also I’ve had very good customer care from Viovet when ordering urgent prescription medication for my dog. Really just all good and they get to the phones fast, too.”

“My order was dispatched on the 4th of January 2019. It included food and medicine which my dogs needed to take by the 22nd of February. A month and a half later, on the 18th of February, it still didn't arrive at my destination. VioVet offered a full refund, which I had no choice but to accept. At that time I had already bought all that stuff from other shops (besides the medicine). Because of VioVet, not only did I payed more because I had to buy from other places, but my dogs got their medicine almost a month later (!!!) and suffered during that time because of it. VioVet didn't offer to resend it with a faster delivery, or compensate me for all of their mistakes. Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in my life.”

“10800775 Order from 9 days ago not arrived. £41. Of products have had to e bought from Amazon as it's taken so long. Ridiculous. . Don't offer free delivery if it's this bad. I will not be using again.”
