“A great selection of items for my wild birds and hedgehogs, ordering is quick and easy, my only question is the delivery as my order is usually quite a large heavy box and being elderly and disabled and walking on crutches I thought it would be easy if the driver could leave my box on top of my stroller outside my door as the driver never waits for me to answer the door so I left instructions written in black marker pen on the stroller beside my door but was ignored and just left on the floor I had to open the box and carry items in one at a time instead of just wheeling it in.”
