About Virgin Experience Days:

Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. The experience days make a great gift doing something that you may not otherwise get to do. Nice feature is you can swap a gift for a different one and get to do what you really want!

Was an amazing experience! Went and celebrated my mums birthday as a surprise and she enjoyed her day! Nice customer service ! The food was outstanding although the peas on the chicken dish was quite hard but didn’t bother complaining as all the other elements were fairly okay! Didn’t enjoy the desserts though! Finding the place was slightly difficult, but overall we were happy. Virgin experience days are great, long expiry dates! Will be booking another one soon!

Chocolate course was great. two hours of fun ineither Manchester, London or Brighton: we chose Manchester. The presenters were enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Lots of yummy treats made. Highly recommend as a present, a treat, a hen party....

Problems ordering vouchers but eventually received. The vouchers themselves are short in time but there is a wide selection at relatively good prices. The option to extend vouchers is a nice touch as well.

If your voucher for dinner for 2 in a steakhouse does not cover a steak and a side order then I don't think you should be selling it!!

Hi Lori, we are very sorry to hear this. We do advise prior to prior to purchase and when you activate the voucher that sides would not be included and if you do wish to have these, they do come at an extra charge. 'Side orders are not included with your main and are available at an extra charge. Typical sides might be French Fries, Creamed Potatoes, Crispy Onion Rings or Seasonal Green Vegetables and start at £4.75. Tea and coffee are also available at an extra charge.' We do aim to make our vouchers as transparent as possible and we can only sincerely apologise if this information was missed.

An absolute joy to see how the racehorse training operation takes place. Ilka was very kind and helpful, and then took us out onto Newmarket Heath on the most beautiful of mornings. Unforgettable!

Great experience. 02 staff friendly and views fab and not as hard as it looked ! You cant book virgin vouchers you have to phone and you cant use on a Saturday but didnt know this til 02 staff pointed it out! So do check / book before getting there.

Virgin Experience One Night break with Dinner at the Pinewood Hotel, Slough Product Code: PPHD12 We chose to use a gift voucher for a one night stay here en route to a wedding. When we sat down to our dinner we were informed it wasn't part of the deal and we would have to pay. Highly embarrassed we each ordered a small meal with no starter and one dessert. After finishing and paying for what was not a good meal, we were then informed that the reception staff had got it wrong and we WERE entitled to a dinner. No apology was given and our money was repaid. We were later offered a bottle of Prosecco for our room and a dinner the following night, both of which we declined as we don't drink Prosecco and were unable to return the following night. We complained to Virgin, and they promised to ensure the Hotel would be sending us a cheque for an agreed amount as compensation for an embarrassing and unfulfilled experience. That was a month ago, and the promised compensation has not arrived. I have just written to Virgin again. We have asked our family and friends not to buy us any more Virgin Experience vouchers, and so far have not found a way to leave a review on the Virgin site.

We used Virgin Experience Days to order vouchers for a tea blending workshop with Bird & Blend Tea Co. The experience was fantastic! I've had negative experiences with other voucher companies in the past, but this was flawless. I'll definitely be using Virgin Experience Days again!

Good day.. shame about the therapists. Other staff members where robotic apart from the catering manager she was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Virgins booking process was simple and easy. Will use again just think the actaul spa it self needs some tlc and better staff with a lil something about them selves. A smile goes a long way.
