Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. “Wow, my grandson was delighted with the Young Driver Experience and can't wait to go again. The instructor was professional, attentive and engaging and my grandson has told everyone about the amazing time he had. He was given a 'diary' which outlined his progress on the day and which can be added to at further sessions. We took advantage of the opportunity to purchase in-car footage and are thoroughly pleased with the overall experience. Thoroughly recommended!”

“Had a lovely Champagne Afternoon Tea to celebrate my 50th birthday. This was noted on the system however I wasn't made to feel special at all. Ok for me, but if I was bringing someone else for their birthday, I'd have been disappointed that they didn't even have a plate with happy birthday written on it or birthday acknowledged. Staff were not very attentive, although once you managed to locate someone anything you asked for was bought out with no problems. We had some extra sandwiches and another pot of tea. We were able to choose a slice of cake from the cake trolley and this was wrapped for us to take home. I also had a note on the booking for no fish due to an allergy but when the sandwiches arrived, we had salmon. These were removed once I informed them again but they don't seem to take note of any requests or allergies even though they ask you when you book. No service charge was added as the voucher covered this apparently.”
