Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. “My sister and I were able to experience a wonderful treat at Titanic Spa for mother’s day Booking through Virgin experience was so easy and simple on top of that we were able to get discount on our experience which is always a bonus! T”

“Long delays of over 2 hours, under staffed/disinterested staff at times (not all). No communication about delays when we signed in. No decent view of the track. No shelter from the elements.”

“We have enjoyed several experience days including afternoon teas, Thames river cruise afternoon tea, Brands Hatch driving experiences, and a Jazz Dinner Cruise on the Thames. We have enjoyed all of the them and have found them easy to purchase as gifts, straightforward to book and so far all have been great.”

“We tried to book a one night stay and dinner at the Hallmark Hotel in the central of Chester. Only to be told by the Receptionist that we could not book a Friday or Saturday Night for the rest of the year. As we work Monday to Friday and our Daughter had bought this for us as a Christmas Gift we were quite frankly shocked!! She had paid £155.00 and we were treated as though we were 2nd class citzens, who had no right to expect anything. We had previously ( Last December) Stayed at Hallmark Fitwick Manor (booked through Virgin for a Friday Night with no problems). This is the 2nd complaint I have had too make about Virgin Gift experiences this year, and being someone who does not normal complain or write bad reviews unless I feel I have too.”

“Wonderful day out in London. Afternoon tea at fortnum and Mason was amazing. A relaxed experience food was fab. A real treat and we even took home a goody bag.”

“9/10 Our instructor was great, polite and friendly, he really helped to ease the nerves and made us feel comfortable. Me and his younger sibling were allowed to accompany my son on his lesson too which was reassuring for his first time. We will definitely be looking into coming again, possibly at a nearer location to us as we are based in Sunderland. We had a brilliant time, no complaints, although I do have a couple of suggestions that may improve the service. A few more facilities at the Darlington venue would be nice, maybe a dry seating/waiting area both inside and out with its own tables, rubbish bins, toilets etc and possibly a hot/cold refreshments and snack bar for drivers and visitors. Also it may have been better with less cars on the track at once for a beginners first lesson, less distractions, more space to manoeuvre etc. Other than that I can't fault it, I think it's a brilliant opportunity for youngsters to gain valuable skills and knowledge in a safe and educating environment. Thank you for having us :)”

“Visited Hard Rock Cafe Manchester the menu choice offered was far short of what Virgin advertised only consisting of 5 mains (1 being a vegetarian) and no choice of desert as only 1 is offered.”

“My Husband and I had an amazing time at BungaTini Covent Garden, the food was amazing, the Prosecco on ice along with the Bloody Marys- fabulous! The hospitality was excellent such lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us. Cant wait to go back, amazing experience.”
