“Upon receiving my Visa / Passport, the 2 week timeline was fulfilled successfully. However, when I received my passport and reviewed the dates, they are incorrect. I will have to resend my passport in order to get the correct dates, which means I will have to go through the process again.”

“I uploaded my documents as required, but my application seems stuck in "waiting for documents.". I've send inquiry emails but got no replies. I've phoned and got a "we'll call you back", but no follow up. This has been a bad experience. If I'd skipped VisaHQ and made the application directly myself, it would all be done by now.”
