“I was contacted by VisaHQ with the notice that I had not provided passport photographs (which I had), asking me to upload a digital version. I did it. And received back, with my via&passport, one of the 2 photos originally enclosed with my application. So, they had not been lost.... Anyway, I now have my visa.”

“- not provided info regarding the timeframe for visa process - no info regarding the wrong picture (I had to do the new one on a day of my appointment) - no info regarding changes in fees policy (from 02.02.20 - exactly the day of my appointment; I’ve wasted almost two hours during my working time due to lack of communication to me) - no info regarding the payment in the visa center - no follow ups From the good point is only: - an appointment been booked for me So I really do not understand what did I pay for. In that case of really bad experience I would like to get a refund. As the only service I got, was a booking of appointment. Which I guess I could do by myself.”

“In the end, it got the job done, but I needed to intervene at two critical junctures where I did not expect. This could have been problematic if I had overlooked things. 1) the Electronic form I initially filled did not properly translate into the target country visa form (I was identified as female and my maiden name my last name, etc.), which I needed to correct with a pdf editor. 2) I was asked for an itinerary to my destination, even though I had accepted to pay 25$ to have one generated for me. Upon my replying I had paid, I was nonetheless asked for the details that were already in my application. Had I been out of reach or without access to emails, this would have cost the application another day of delay. For the amount of money I paid VISA HQ in fees (more than 300$, excluding visa fee and shipping costs), I was expecting a complete hassle-free experience. I'll likely give them another chance, perhaps with a simpler visa application.”
