“Easy process; however, when I arrived to the airport the airline agent was unable to confirm the visa information in the airline system and I was asked to obtain the final boarding pass at my connection point. I do not know if this is an issue related specifically to the airline, but since this is the first time I use VisaHQ, I have this lingering doubt about why I am embarking on a two leg trip, with a boarding pass for only the first leg.”

I'm glad to hear you had a good experience with our services overall, although I would like to apologize for the problems you had while boarding your aircraft. VisaHQ, however, has no control over whether or not visas are visible in other companies' systems. You will have to contact the airline's customer service department to discuss the issue you had with the airport agent. “The speed and technology used by VisaHQ is outstanding. We received our visa back in less than 10 days including transit time. My only complaint is the lack of responsiveness to phone and chat requests. I never could get a live person on the phone or chat after repeated attempts. Someone called me back two days later and left a message.”
