VISA HQ services are really confusing. We (me & my wife) applied for Singapore Tourist VISA fromMelbourne as we are Indian citizen, paid visa fees AU$ 104.50 per person total: AU$ 209.00. In the receipt it's written: "Single Entry Tourist Visa to Singapore for Sanjib Mukherjee with 5 business days turnaround at the consulate./ A$104.50. Single Entry Tourist Visa to Singapore for Sushma Mukherjee with 5 business days turnaround at the consulate./ A$104.50" When we went this morning (11/09/2019) to VFS office in Melbourne, they said we have to pay again fees @ AU$95.00 per person. We paid again AU$190.00. VFS said, VISA HQ has nothing to do for the visa and they are travel agent only and advised me to get return from them. I wonder how VISA HQ can accept online payment of A$104.50 per person against Tourist Visa fees. I felt cheated by Visa HQ service, when I called them for refund my money they refused.

Contact no doesn't contact office which is shocking,It goes again and again to main menu, Lolz : Sent an Enquiry email regarding Visa requirement however responded with irrelevant information :( Surprised with their the response

I have not received my passport back. The LA office is useless and less than helpful. They claim they sent it back on August 30, but there is no record in the Fedex system. I received an email saying the visa was submitted and would be ready on August 30 and on August 31 I received the survey. I never received an email saying it was sent. Very disappointed by your lack of service. I used you guys previously and never had a problem, but now I do.

VisaHQ is a SCAM!!! The company is unscrupulous and I am going to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner Office about the way in which my personal information has been fraudulently obtained online. VisaHQ attempted to charge me approximately £150. For a visa that actually costs €50!

We are now receiving Scam phone calls in the UK, from 001984640328, this number is in the USA, or so it says via Google, a recorded message is stating that my account has been hacked to the amount of £600.00. I m not the only person to have received this call, but I do let friends and family know about this so they are not taken in by these calls. and also put it on FB.

I have been traveling internationally for work for over 20 years. VisaHQ has to have the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a visa service. I chose them based on so many glowing reviews but should not have chosen a company I had never heard of and wish I had stuck with one of the tried and true. So far it has been 2 weeks and although sometimes I may get an email reply, today I tried to chat and it has been over 5 hours - no response. My visa status shows a problem with my visa but it doesn't clarify what the issue is. The person who is supposed to be my case manager has an out of office reply that she will be back in March (but it's August!) She too never responded to my message from two weeks ago. They charged a TON of money ($59 processing fee PER visa and I am getting 2 visas). So far no updates, the website is useless in letting me know the status and I don't know who to contact.

Very expensive services. Visa was declined after 15days. But applied through any other agent by next two days and got the visa done at 1/4th the price. Very poor response from staff.

My visa was delivered with a date that doesn't match with my traveling schedule. Made me waste over 300 dollars. I would like my money back.

Unfortunately, however, our team has no control over processing times once applications are delivered to the appropriate embassy or consulate. We do everything in our power to make sure our clients' applications are approved quickly; our estimated processing times are based on information provided by each government agency, but we cannot account for additional requests that must then be fulfilled by the applicant. I gave details and paid for 6 no’s US visa in 2018 December. For my family and myself. Till date trying to get my application finalised By the staff there. In last 7 months 5 reps of visa HQ have already changed and keep on asking for copies of submitted forms, which they should provide me fully completed. Let’s see what magic this new 5 lady does this week. Currently she is trying to tell me that the process doesn’t work this way... Wonder what’s next??

It was really the worst experience ever with Visa HQ , and I called your service centre and raised a complaint and i even asked that someone from your quality dept to call me back but nobody bothered. Out of my experience, VisaHQ has low quality of customer service, as I registered for getting a visa, and paid the fees, then no response at all after that, they left me confused, don't know how to proceed, don't know what's the next step, and they don't even help by even answering phone calls, I get tired calling on their phone number, without getting any response, I called more than 10 times within the working times, and no response at all. what shall I do then, Please at least answer the phone calls.. I came to you to help me not to put me in a critical situation .. Please help your Customers!
