“The process seems mostly smooth, although I do have one minor complaint regarding my experience. I applied for a Visa to Brazil, but nowhere in the online process did it explain to me that an eVisa was an option. I realize the visa requirements with Brazil are about to change, but had I not contacted a live person, I would not have known about the eVisa option and spent a LOT more money. Only because I had a question related to one of the documents did I contact a representative who looked at my order and recommended an eVisa which would save me both time and money. I fully appreciate the representative making this change to my order, but my complaint is more with why the information wasn't given online in the first place. The rest of the experience was very good.”

“The documents needed should be more specific and all requested in advance of a family making a wasted trip to London The document titled birth certificate/certificate of birth was requested but this certificate was not actually what was needed - the copy of registrar entry was instead. We paid you to help us do this so we wouldn't need to travel twice and waste 3 childrens day off school and 2 adults days off work. The second trip was good and handled well by your rep and you returned the passports to us in a timely manner.”

“I worked with Raja at VISA HQ twice to obtain a business visa for Korea. I am very happy with the service, especially because it was handled with very good promptness and attention to detail, despite it being a very constrained time schedule. I would gladly recommend this service to others.”

“Awful, awful, awful. Did not give me the right visa I paid hundreds for. They even wished me "safe travels" after they knew I didn't have the time to send it back in to them for a correction. And why would I send it back to them? They messed it up the first go-round. Not sending it internationally again (Diplomat overseas) especially since I'm traveling on Easter break with my kids to Israel. Ugh. Horrible! You should have refunded my more-than-$700 I wasted with you to avoid bad reviews I'm smattering across social media.”

“Horrible! I paid over $700 for expedited visa services to west Africa and got some random woman‘s photo on my visa. >:-( there is no time to send it in to get a new visa because my trip is too soon. For a photo verification of my incorrect visa, just do a Google search. I’m posting the photo everywhere…”

“We were guided thru a challenging experience by Visa HQ New York's kind expert Lilia Kenzhebayeva. We needed a Visa for last minute trip to China and the Consulate rejected my application because my dog chewed the small edge of the outside corner of my passport! With 3 days to departure Lilia went out of her way to guide us thru this process and even met us in mid town Manhatten with the Visa ( it was a Saturday, her day off!!) as we were en route to the airport. Remarkable job Lilia, thank you!!!!!”
