“I made a mistake on the form and with the chat button, Carlos took care of my issue in 10 minutes total. I had the visa 2 days later. Very nice work.”

“I did not have a straightforward application for a visa to China. Therefore I had many questions and concerns. Josephine and cohorts at VisaHQ were extremely prompt and attentive assisting me through the application process answering all my questions via email and phone. Their website updates and email were also helpful. I would recommend them highly.”

“Each member of the VisaHQ staff we interacted with was helpful, patient, and professional with us as first time travelers abroad. They explained everything,communicated prompty through email and kept us updated on the status of our Russian visa applications. We will definitely get our next visasa through VisaHQ!”

“I did not want to UK bec of social reason. I requested to stop Visa even before I provided you with all document. But they took my money and refuse to get it back however I still in the beginning. So I never contact this agency and I will advise my colleagues not to use this institution in future.”

“Had paid fees amounting to approx 18k, which included 6k for consulate fees and rest for VisaHQ service fees. The only service provided was in taking the Visa appointment. Everything else, right from filling in the application to collection of Visa was done by me. Over and above that, we had to pay the consulate fees all over again which thankfully was refunded to us almost a month later. There was no support at the consulate office and even the last minute rush to pay the Visa fees had to be undertaken by us. So 12k for an appoint? that is a rip-off !!!. I would have liked a refund of that too. Maybe a 1k for appointment would be fine. In any case, no further services from VisaHQ for me atleast.”

“Overall good process! Thank you for helping me getting a tourist Visa to China. I was kind of in the rush, so I paid extra for processing fast -3 business days. And I sent a prepaid overnight envelope to return my passport to me after process completed. It was easy to complete application and chat works very good for answering quick questions. Email are supposed to be received with status of process. I received prompt emails for documents received and ready to be submitted. The day they told me they will be submitting my application to the consulate, I kept checking my VisaHQ account status, and it was not updated neither email was received. The next day I emailed VisaHQ and agent about my status. They responded quickly and professionally, apologizing and telling me that my documents, in fact, were submitted the day before, as planned. Thank you !!! After that, I kept receiving emails with the status of my Visa, etc. Thank you! Overall it was a very easy process.”

“Excellent service .. I was so gratified that I had a personal contact (Vlenia) with personalised email, which together with some general VisaHQ emails means I was guided all the way - and everything worked exactly as I was told. For the biometrics I was told who/ where to meet and I got a punctual/ personal service. The only small thing is that after I posted my passport there was a 2 week gap until my biometrics appointment. I was of course anxious to know that the passport had arrived safely, but I got no reply from either email, or from messages I left in the phone answer machine. That made it a nervous 2 weeks until I got to the appointment.”
