My name is sameh tawfik and I paid for the service to apply for Morocco Visa and after I paid the money via master card, I was told that you will need to come to the embassy coz the morocco embassy will only give Visa to the traveller himself. I requested refund on the same day I booked the service and I was told 2 to 3 weeks for the money to be refunded. It has been over 2 months and I am still waiting for the money. This is the 6th time I contact you and every time you email someone to process the refund and nothing is received. Poor poor service

Horrible company to deal with. Claim to have prepared all documents carefully then come to find out they did not submit the main document to the embassy. No one answers the phone ever when you call and after finally getting through they just repeat the same thing on the phone over and over while having an attitude. Regret dealing with them and the expedited service is a scam. Don’t waste your money !!!

I paid $200+ to apply my china visa. I have sent all my documents. They told me to do it myself because the embassy request. Not giving me any reason why I need to do it in person. It turns out that I need to drive 5 hours to DC doing it myself and not given any refund or reimburse my lose. It sounds like Ridiculous!!!!

Hello! Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding VisaHQ. While I would like to personally apologize that your experience was not satisfactory, I also want to remind you that our team, unfortunately, has no control over consular requests. In some cases, in-person appearances are required and, while our team can guide you through the entire process, we cannot go to your appointment on your behalf. Again, my apologies that your experience wasn't what you expected. I hope you will give VisaHQ a chance again in the future. Safe travels, Rebekah @ VisaHQ

My wife and I ordered and paid for a double entry visa to enter mainland China in Spring 2016. The visas printed into our passports, as supplied by the Chinese consulate in London, were posted to our home by Visa HQ shortly before leaving the UK for China. Unfortunately it did not cover the dates we needed to enter mainland China twice. This was not obvious to my wife and I because of the Chinese script used in the wording of the visas. However, having paid to use the services of the 'experts' at Visa HQ we felt secure that we had obtained what we need and what we paid for. However when we arrived by train from Hong Kong in Beijing for our second entry we were refused entry because the visas had already expired and were returned to the airport and forced to fly back to Hong Kong airport. At the airport we were able to purchase emergency visa and we able to fly back to Beijing. We incurred considerable anxiety and distress from our experience; lost two days of our holiday; spent an uncomfortable night at Hong Kong airport; we forced to pay around £2000 for flights between Beijing and Hong Kong and return; we were forced to purchase emergency visas at Hong Kong airport. On our return to the UK we complained to Visa HQ and sought recompense . The response was basically that it was our fault for not checking the visas before departing the UK. We suggested that the visas were opaque to us because of the language difference and that we had expected Visa HQ to check them before posting them to us, as part of the 'expert' service we had paid for. We claimed that the service supplied to us had not been fit for purpose. We subsequently received a phone call from a lady at the Visa HQ. She sympathised with us but said that the mistake lay with the Chinese consulate in London and promised to raise this with them. To date we have had no further contact from Visa HQ despite sending a chasing email some time ago.

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to share a review. I would like to personally apologize for the issues you experienced during your trip to China. Unfortunately, as you've probably been told, our team has no control over applications once they reach the appropriate embassy. Validity and other factors are determined solely by government officials. If I can be of any assistance, feel free to reach out to me at stan@visahq.com. Again, my apologies. No help provided whatsoever. Information provided to me was completely false. Finally i had to take charge and resolve the issue myself which was much easier than projected by Visa HQ team. Visa HQ team cost us cancellation of flight and major embarrassment in front of customer. We were at risk of escalation from customer to senior management and all VISA HQ team had to say is they are not getting any co-operation from the immigration of New Zealand but when i called the immigration team was extremely helpful and also gave me email id of the visa officer working on my file, sending him the email helped process the visa and the so called VISA HQ team could not even get proper updates from the immigration of New Zealand. The space is this column will fall short if i have to explain horrendous experience given by Visa HQ team.

Post application submission, the service was very poor. There was no follow up. When I requested an update, I was told to call the visa center myself. I was left wondering why I even pay a fee to VisaHQ if i'm supposed to do all the follow up myself. Will not be using the service again.

Total waste of time and money. Let me explain why: 1. In case with the USA visa the role of VisaHQ is minimal. I could have filled in the form myself online but thought VisaHQ has the capacity to submit my application on their own. In fact VisaHQ did not add any value and simply forwarded my data onwards 2. I would fill in the application in one go while VisaHQ was very slow to process my application 3. When I asked for a sooner appointment at the embassy I was told there is no need since it usually takes around 5 business day. I told VisaHQ that I encountered a problem with TAL (Technology Alert List) previously so I expect my process to take much longer. The timing was bad for me since I didn't have a new GNIB card but did already have a GNIB passport stamp to prove my residency till 2020. I was ready to take the risk and wanted to go to the US embassy earlier and with no GNIB card rather than later and with it. I was assured going later is the best option. As a result everything happened the way I expected - I was put through TAL processing and I am not going to get my visa on time. This is exactly what I warned VisaHQ about but my concerns were ignored. 4. After the visa interview I updated VisaHQ about the situation but nobody could expedite the process Overall I feel there would be a higher chance for me to get my visa on time if I didn't engage VisaHQ at all. Besides this cost extra money and didn't add any value

Total utter scam, they want $100 dollars as a consultation fee. I called to get clarification on an item on their web page and the representative kept saying we need to pay money to talk to them. I told him I only wanted clarification on the web site and the documents being asked for and the resentative kept saying he can only answer questions after we pay him $100. I then asked if the process issues a visa and he said, no we only consultee. After reviewing the web site, no where does it say they do not issue visa's, the web page eludes to this but does not say it. If this is legitimate why do they hide the fact that its only a consultation service and will not clarify their own web site?

We strive to handle all calls with the utmost professionalism. Rest assured that reviews like yours help make us better. There seems to have been some miscommunication during your experience with us. Hi Farheen, Thanks for sharing your feedback about VisaHQ. First, I would like sincerely apologize for any problems you've had during the application process. The worst visa agency I’ve ever experienced. Lack of professionalism, delaying my documents for two weeks for submitting by Singapore embassy. I travel the world for past 10 years and never had a problem with visas. Have to notice lady named Maria - her absence of knowledge documentation impressed me the most. Because of VisaHQ I didnt get visa in time, and didn’t make it as I planned for my work trip. I will definitely tell all my friends from cruise ships (Princess, Oceania, Celebrity, Holland America Line and Regent Seven Seas) NEVER EVER use VisaHQ.

Hi Olena, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I would like to sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with VisaHQ. I would, however, like to remind you that our team has no control over processing once the application arrives at the embassy. In this case, the embassy returned the application twice and the holiday period delayed processing, through no fault of ours. Several members of the VisaHQ staff spent a workday trying to expedite your visa, but again, we cannot control processing times. In looking into your situation, I see that Gary spoke to your husband and explained what occurred. I hope you will give VisaHQ a chance again in the future, as our team has tried to assist you in every possible way. Safe travels, Rebekah @ VisaHQ

I have used VisaHQ in the past and been extremely happy however this time I did not have the same experience. I had requested a multiple entry visa for China as I was meant to be travelling out of the country during my vacation for a tour. I was issued a single entry visa and so have lost a considerable amount of money on this. While I appreciate that this is up to the discretion of the embassy, I have since found out that other documents should have been provided in order to get a multiple entry which I was not asked for. When I explained this to Julie the response was ‘you can use this one and then apply for a new one’. That doesn’t really help in my current situation which I explained.

It took VisaHQ over 16 hours to submit my visa to the Indian government. I ended up having to miss my flight because I didn’t get my visa in time. One person I spoke to at VisaHQ was nice and kind of helpful but the man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Overall, I will probably never use VisaHQ again. I could have just submitted my visa to the Indian government myself for way less money and would have gotten it in time.
