“VisaHQ is a terrible service! Do not use them! They have no higher chance of getting the visa you need than you do yourself applying directly to the embassy. So save the $165 service fee and do not go through VisaHQ! My visa application was messed up incredibly, ruining my travel plans, it was very long and communication via email and phone was very poor. They do not make clear that they are charging you all this money and there is no guarantee you will get any visa at all. So SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not go through VisaHQ. They are a joke. Pia from the Sydney office was not understanding nor helpful with my application at all.”

“Using your service was very easy but I still make mistake with second application, fortunately, when I call your 800 number lady which answer was so helpful and no only correct my mistake but guide me through rest of the form and promise refund on my credit card for application send twice. “Both forms, for my girlfriend and I, were completely messed up, information was mixed between them. The worst one was for my girlfriend which I had to review 3 times, and I still missed a few details. Lucky for us the person at the embassy was ok to change the info on the spot at the interview (e.g. her form was filled as she was a male - how can you do such a mistake? You can't even copy/paste that information! You have to select one or the other option and you knew that that form was for my GIRLfriend, her picture was quite obvious etc.). Last thing: the price was very poorly explained. The order emails said - one is €335.75 (mine) and the other €351.50. On the website it says something completely different: 336.50 and 305.75. Why such a big difference? And why was the service fee 25 eur more? I would love to hear back from you and explain why this happened?”

“Website is very clear with with helping to select the appropriate visa, what information is required and expected processing times. All in all since initially visit to the VisaHQ website to actually having been issued the required visa was a matter of hours (well below the stated eta of 72 hours). Very satisfied with experience.”

“I work for Google and actually went thropugh the San Francisco office. The experience with Harrison was fantastic. This was my fist go securing my own Visa after traveling to 80+ countries. It was very frustrating until Harrison sensed my frustration in the office - sat me down, made the process, easy and helped me secure a Visa to India in less than a week over the Christmas holidays. He was fantastic and I will sing his praises and direct teammates to VisaHQ early and often. A true value to your company - Sef was super as well.”

“From the start of trying to get my visa, it was very stressful. A lot of information I wasn’t told straight away and things being left to the last minute which I could of been informed to start with. Not very likely to use this service again. Had to spend time going back and forth to London which cost me a lot of money.”
