“I required a 90 day visa effective from my departure date 18-9-19 . The consulate have issued a 90 day visa effective from the 17-7-19 . Which makes my visa useless. My return date from Manila is the 19-10-19 ,as my airline ticket given to your company, the visa you have issued expires 17-10-19 . Making my visa useless. You need to have this rectified to comply with my airline ticket and Philippine law. My passport is in transit to me via post. The consulate should post me a new visa so I can carry with my passport.”

“Ultimately, very good quality for the price. Several issues though. 1) It was difficult to get in contact with customer service. It took a long time to receive a reply over chat and the phone was only answered during very specific hours. 2) The forms did not fill in correctly through the simplified process (in my case, for the Chinese visa form). The simplified entry system sometimes populated the wrong information in a section of the form, or outright ignored very specific directions on the form. In my case, the form said to use all capital letters, but when the form populated with the information I provided, they were in a mix of capital and lowercase.”

“A travel agent friend suggested I use your service and she was absolutely right. I needed a Chinese business visa and didn't want to have to miss a day or more of work to travel to NYC to submit and then collect my Chinese visa. I submitted the required paperwork via your website and a few days later, I had a visa in my hand. Total time, including shipping both way, 7 calendar days. No question I'll use your service again when the need arises.”

“I certainly felt well assisted but there were regular points of uncertainty because the visa form I could complete through VisaHQ did not allow visibility for all the fields in the Nigeria visa application so there were several points where edits had to be made. Requirements for obtaining multiple versus single entry were not clear. I was very pleased to avoid biometric screening and a personal appointment at the Nigerian Consulate and the visa was issued VERY quickly. The Visa HQ staff (Griselle) who eventually took on the role of my liaison was very effective.”

“In some times I felt that they were sometimes lacking in information because in order to get an emergency appointment the officer in VisaHQ told me that there are no emergency appointment possible and I had to mail the embassy myself for that. They did help me but not as much as I would like them to considering the fee that they were getting.”
