“it ao bad this is a scam site i already paud 400$ for sigle entry but nobody will response me in my email so bad i try yo call the number message email live chat but no one response so scam they just accept the payment but only god knows”

“This is a scam! I paid £280 for them to tell me they could not process any requests. I have tried to contact them in every way possible for three weeks, every single day and no one responds to emails/calls or online chats. TOTAL SCAM!”

“I paid the 11 day turnaround passport fee and went to the post office (acceptance agency) today to do a “hand carry”. The manager of the USPS contacted the State Dept. regional office who told him NO ONE is allowing carriers or outside approved vendors right now. After he saw what they were requiring us to place in another packet in addition to the sealed “official” packet, another signed application, legal proof of citizenship, proof of identity (originals), plus another photo and an additional signed form. The post office supervisor said he would not stamp and approve my passport application if I used this company. He said it was most likely fraud. If the company is kind enough to refund me the $184 I paid them this morning I will update this review.”
