“All of our information was submitted one time, reviewed and then sent to the consulate in Houston. We were informed by email of each step in the process by VisaHQ. Upon approval (7 days) we were notified that our China visas were being shipped with a FedEx shipping number and received them 2 days later. I had previously called VisaHq’s office in Houston and they gave me exact instructions on how to fill out the forms and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you; we will be using your services again.”

“Extremely poor communication. I e-mailed someone about a mistake on my printable visa application and heard nothing back from them. I then tried to get this issue resolved through the live chat feature - apparently I was to receive a corrected, printable application "soon." I am still waiting, am being ignored through the live chat, and sat waiting on the phone for half an hour only to be punted to voicemail. Thanks for nothing.”

“I was at VisaHQ dublin and it was sure a Great service, Very Helpful and very quick they will sort out everything for you, just make sure to have all the requirements ready, Also very nice people, and they can be trusted they respond very quick and I didn't have any problems. “I have never been able to have the same answer with two different person. So I will leave not knowing... It would have cost me only 25$ us to obtain my visa but it did cost me 125$ can for a very poor service, tell me why we should do business with you??? My only reason is that I didn’t know I could do other way”

“It's well worth using this company. Our Indian e-visa application was processed efficiently and we received it back astonishingly quickly. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use Visa HQ again for any visa applications”

“Overall, VisaHQ agents are quite helpful, but negative points for website instructions, and process duration. 1) After filling the form, this website provided to address for nearest VisaHQ centre. It was clearly mentioned to send passport and related documents to the same address. I did so, but when the representatives got to know the same, they requested to use a new address. Previous address was inactive for a year. 2) Usually, it takes 5 working days to get visa done. For my case, it took around 2 weeks. 3) Process could be lot better if instructions are mentioned properly on the website. Mentioned address during registration was inactive for year. New address should be provided during registration.”

“Given I have requested an Indian evisa online directly myself, I can't help but compare that to VisaHQ's process. The initial processing adds several days and is slow. The request to confirm that my prior visa had expired could have been captured as part of taking in that I had a recent visa, instead spinning a few days waiting for a separate email (which got buried in my inbox) to be responded to. If you're worried about asking too many questions up front, make this a conditional question that pops up only if you detect some potential concern around previous visas being active.”

“We were trying to get a Visa for Zambia for my Nigerian stepmother. First VisaHQ kept on asking for documents which are not needed by the Zambian Embassy like a notarially certified copy of the passport. Then they said that the Single Entry Visa is only valid for 30 days (which is not true cause it is 90 days) and that we need to apply for a multiple entry visa, which is of course more expensive. And now they are saying that the embassy just informed them that the visa fee is no longer 50$ but now 130$!!! They are really cheating you and try to get the most money out of your pockets. And still we have no visa after more than a month! So hand off!”
