“Michelle Rovan and Flora Aballe are absolute rockstars! Both were very professional and had exceptional customer service walking me through the application process and answering every question I had in a timely manner. They were able to turn around my passport in a week from the submittal date. This was a week before my departure date. If you need a passport quickly, go through VisaHQ and use Michelle and Flora for your needs! Appreciate everyones help at VisaHQ!”

“Wow! I am impressed. I have been traveling international for 20 years and have used various visa expediters, VisaHQ just won my heart. I needed a visa for Kenya for travel to occur within 7 days and 2 of those were weekend days. They made it happen in 24 hours! Well done team! “The visa approval to Vietnam does not take 3 days as indicated on the Visahq advertisement. My visa approval took more time and my trip was ruined. The Visahq team does not work with the Embassy to get the visa expedited. Complete waste of time. The work Visahq does is what I would have done by applying for the visa through the Vietnamese government website minus 64 dollars.”

“I've used VisaHQ for years and have always had a great experience. Now, after a two year break from international travel, I came back to VisaHQ. And my experience was better than I can even remember. Geelen answered my call immediately (which is something that basically never happens). A day later I realized I had done something wrong in my photo download. It looked like I would have to start all over again, but she volunteered to enter everything for me, if I just forwarded it to her. I was so relieved that I called my co-worker and told him to use VisaHQ. He called me a couple days later and said how amazed he was that his call was answered immediately and he had his own problem, but the lady who was dealing with him also took over and put his application together. Now, he's sold forever on VisaHQ.”
