“I paid the 11 day turnaround passport fee and went to the post office (acceptance agency) today to do a “hand carry”. The manager of the USPS contacted the State Dept. regional office who told him NO ONE is allowing carriers or outside approved vendors right now. After he saw what they were requiring us to place in another packet in addition to the sealed “official” packet, another signed application, legal proof of citizenship, proof of identity (originals), plus another photo and an additional signed form. The post office supervisor said he would not stamp and approve my passport application if I used this company. He said it was most likely fraud. If the company is kind enough to refund me the $184 I paid them this morning I will update this review.”

“I arrived from China and left my China Visa application with VisaHQ to apply for me while I quarantined. They took $280 from my credit card and then we found out that the China Visa office would not accept my visa application until 14 days had passed. In that time the restrictions on China visas tightened and there was little anyone could do. I collected my passport and documents from Visa HQ. And they have kept $170 for a service they could not fulfill. I realise that a visa service business must be struggling when there is little international travel, but this is too much money for failing to provide what they offered. They didn't even submit the application. When I asked for some of this returned they directed me to the terms and conditions of their service. That shouldn't relieve VisaHQ from behaving honourably. For those of you applying for a China visa when this crisis passes, apply directly. It's easy and that staff at the China Visa Centre are helpful.”

“Actually I applied my visa through visahq because they process the application very fast with good service but I have experienced the worst service ever I have applied on March 23 visiting visa to Georgia as my wife admitted in hospital for brain surgery with all the permission from state and central Govt from India but I have not yet received any information from visahq regarding my application status since March 23”

“I received my Russian Visa on exact day as promised. The staff were quite prompt in replying to my questions when I was preparing my application. I would use VisaHQ again, especially likely since I cannot now use my visa due to the Corona Virus (not your fault). Perhaps a discount next time for those of us with useless visas?”
